      This company over charged my insurance company and did inproper repairs to my camping trailer. They charged over $14,000 for repairs that didn't last because they didn't do them properly. I still have a soft spot in the floor, the bathroom door doesn't stay closed and the roof they replaced is failing. Another repair shop just quoted me $12,000 to fix the roof alone and stated that it wasn't repaired correctly in the first place. They never even provided a receipt when asked and would not contact me.

      Purchased a service contract on our 2015 Tiffin 35QBA on March 3, 2023, in the amount of $10375.92 dollars this includes tax. We found out later that Chambers Bay RV never paid the service contract company. United States ********************* for the contract to be valid, so United States ******************** cancelled the contract. We tried to successfully contact the dealership but got no response or call back and now that the contract is voided, we want the contract to be cancelled and applied to our loan, but the **************** states we have to go through the dealer but, with now response from the dealership we have no way of getting this done.

      Back in October of 2023 I purchased a 2007 *********. and I have yet to receive my title or a registration or my plates as promised. It is now 6 months later I have a purchase agreement and documentation. And I've been unable to get ahold of chambers, Bay rv The number they have listed is discontinued and um.Yeah, I can't use or drive it nowhere or do anything. I would Like this fixed/resolved.

      I purchased a 2017 ******* Lantern 262BH on 2/1/2024 and paid cash for the trailer. I have attempted to contact the business to obtain the title, registration and license plates and have not received a response. It appears the business may now be closed. We are trading this trailer in for a different unit more suitable for full time living for my sone who is battling cancer and I need the title to conduct the trade.

      Hello, I was able to contact the owner, *************************** and he promised to have "*****" send the registration and plates. I still haven't received them. I did receive the title so at least I can transfer ownership. Thank you

      I purchased a used RV to inhabit full-time as I am a travel RN here on assignment. Unfortunately, I purchased it from ************* RV in ******, ** in October. It was contracted and signed by the salesman and myself that all major items (furnace, AC, electric...) would be checked and functioning. Yet, when it was delivered 15 days later, I had no hot water and no heat, thereby making it uninhabitable. After waiting for Chamber's Bay to make this right for over a week in an, I hired an independent technician who found an open breaker box missing the MAIN and AC breakers and making it a fire/electrocution hazard. Chamber's Bay had wires laying over the top of the furnace, so if it HAD ignited, it would have melted and started a fire, and the water heater wasn't even connected, just hanging wires. I have his assessment and a copy of the contract/warranty, as well as photos of his findings, and all texts and emails between myself and the salesman. They also sold the unit without a functioning, tested smoke alarm. Can you please advise me as to how to proceed from here after making this complaint? Thank you so much.       Purchased a used 5th wheel with cash in July of 2023 took receipt of 5th Wheel on Aug 22. I have messaged and emailed the company regarding not receiving Registration, Plates or Title. I have received multiple responses promising plates and registration within a week and still no plates or registration. I began asking about registration, plates and title in late September. Recently, I was told that there was a lost title application from the previous owner. My concern is that, I now believe that they sold me a stolen unit. I cannot get a straight answer from them and dont know where to turn.

      On April 26th 2023 I purchased a **** Skyline Nomad camp trailer from Chambers Bay RV in ****** **********, for $7,500. I was told the title would be mailed to my home address within the next 30 to 60 days. I have not recieved the title as of October 15th, 2023. I have reached out to Chambers Bay RV many times and I have told that they would look into it. Then it got to the point that they stopped responding to my messages, texts, and phone calls. I went to the *** to see what I could do and the *** has no record of the travel trailer being sold and it is still in the name of the original owner. The tags are expired on it and I can not register or title it. To move the trailer I have to get a trip permit each time. I can not sell or trade the trailer as I have nothing showing it belongs to me. The year and size of the trailer and the description does not match the *** number or the information that the *** has from the license plate.

      Purchased a 2013 keystone hideout on 3/38/2023.My wife and I paid cash ******** plus tax and license and all fees. We have not received our title, plates or registration. The temporary license expired 5/11/****** have called several times to resolve this matter and have been given empty promises. All we want is this to be solved so we can enjoy our camp trailer. From reading some of the reviews online about this company, this problem has happened before a few times.

      Purchased a 2013 26' Hideout travel trailer in March 2023.We have not received our title as of yet. I have reached out to Chamber RV several times with no avail,they keep coming up with some kind of excuse. Went to DMV to check on progress and they informed me there was a mistake on title app and was sent back. I have tried calling but no answer, I have left several messages with no call backs. I want nothing more than to have this issue solved and to have the title to my camp trailer that I paid for. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to want this issue solved, it has been 10 months since I have purchased from Chambers Bay RV.

      On 4/18/2023 we purchased a 2019 Keystone Springdale travel trailer from Chambers Bay RV for $20,693.50. After getting the trailer home, we found both the gray and black water tanks were full and never emptied despite them claiming they did a 32 point pre delivery inspection. We had a septic service come out to empty them only to find out the gray water tank is completely clogged and unable to empty. We have snaked it at least 8 times, have tried chemical treatments to dissolve the clog. All to no avail. We currently cannot use the shower or sinks as the tank is totally full. I have reached out to the owner ******* multiple times. I told him he needs to send a professional drain cleaning service, he claimed he would have Beacon plumbing come out, they never did. He claims someone will call us and come out to fix it. No one has called or come out. I have tried to look up if it is illegal for him to sell us a trailer full of f**** and clogged pipes but I cannot find any information regarding our issue. It has now been 10 days since we purchased our trailer and cannot fully enjoy it as we should because of his dishonesty. My hope is that he is required to fix this issue.

      By law the business has not done anything wrong, all RVs have a propensity for clogging because it is waste material in a plastic tank. 
      The RV was sold as-is. 

      This is the first I am hearing about this complaint. It is common for all RVs to get clogged and safety checks do not include the gray or black water tanks.


      If ******* said he reached out to Beacon Plumbing, I cannot be held responsible for them not following up with you.

      We purchased a 2016 Keystone Hideout on 6/9/2022. We financed through Alaska CU. We delivered the check in the amount of $17,210.85 We have possession of the Keystone however we still have not gotten the title, registration or plates. We keep getting many different excuses. We continue to get temporary license plates from the business emailed to us. Sometimes within minutes of us trying to get on the road. We would like to receive our title and registration as soon as possible.

      Our records show that the title and the registration was transferred into the customer's name a few months ago. We did call to verify this with our local *** office. The one thing that was overlooked by the *** office was that it was financed through ****** ***. AT this point, we cannot do anything to rectify this. Once the title is sent to the customer, they will need to take it to the local ****** *** branch since they are the lienholder on the Hideout. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.
