    I needed a truck for my business. Went online to get a reservation. I was quoted ( including milage ) $ 219 It was $ 100 for the rental and 120 for the Miles . When my wife came to pick up they Charged her $ 400 ( a deposit they told her and that would be given back ) when we brought back the Truck (on Time ) ( Mini Storage **** *********** ) they wanted to charge us an additional $ 68. Making the total 468 ? I am so tired of lying companies with bad business practices. When I rent a truck and Am quoted 219, I want to be charged that plus maybe a few taxes, not more then double . Then the Employee ( who handled the reservation pick up and return ) was a real douche. He just kept telling us that that was between us and Penske and he had nothing to do with that ( while taking the keys ) . A complete lie. If you do not work for Penske you are not allowed to handle their equipment I would say. It is a sad business model and I warn everybody not to use them.
