    I bought a car from this car lot 02/20/2024 , at the time of purchase I was told to come back in a month to pay the remaining $900 that I owed. I went a month later and gave them $400 because they didnt have the plates yet but assured me that they were on the way and was told to give it more time and was given another set of temp tags . I called a few times and still they didnt have the plates . I called a week ago and now they are demanding that I pay the remaining balance and then I will have to wait for the plates . I called to the dmv and was told that they never got any papers saying that i purchased the car . No paperwork has been done on this car since 2023 . I was also never given a registration, only a title application. I paid them $5000 cash and traded in my 2015 Chrysler 200 s .

    February 24th I called the auto sales through offer up and asked them about their dodge nitro listed for 4900 I asked if their were any issues with it mechanical or cosmetic asked what the price for the car would be for me to show up and drive it home today including every charge what I would pay to drive it home today they said the 4900 plus about 300 for licensing title plate and registration fees so 5200 total they said nothing was wrong with it and that the listing was accurate on its features that it was well taken care of and only had two owners I got their the told me the stereo wasnt turning on but it did befor that the previous owner came and took the subs out and they think he just unplugged the stereo the car had a dead battery and needed jumped they told me while they did that I could go complete paper work and they would pull it up to the door when going through paper work they said that my title and registration was filed complete and I would receive it in mail in 30 days I have not and its been several months the car has had the miles rewound and dont have break lights come to find out dont have a tow package like they said nor 4 wheel drive the heater dosnt work the transmission is needing replaced it had an oil leak and the air conditioner dose not work like they tried to say it was just cool regular air flowing out the vents the steering is loose and when turning the car will sometimes act as tho its continuing strait and the breaks are making weird noises and sticks while making a weird sound and I went to dmv and they said their is no record of any sort of sale to me from them nor registration and to file a complaint with you guys a specially since they only had legally 90 days to get my title to me and its been over that and it was sold to me not matching what was advertised nor sold for the price listed nor what I was told and its not road way safe

    After doing some research it seems as though apex and baboor have the same address and owner and are scamming people left and right they need to be held accountable and punished for this behavior Im confident their active in deceptive auto sales behaviors and Im pretty sure their business license was in default when I bought my vehicle cause they renewed it the same day Im not sure what time they renewed it just seems really weird in my opinion
