    Extremely ****************************** Regret Purchasing the Mediana Scale Our experience with Mediana has been nothing short of frustrating. The software feels outdated, and customer support is dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of providing meaningful assistance, most responses simply direct us to "read the manual," regardless of the complexity of the issue.When we reached out via email, we were initially told, "I will get back to you tomorrow to look into this." The following day, the response was nothing more than, "Did you read the manual?" Attempts to call the number listed on ****** were futile, as it was not in service. When we finally spoke with a representative, they were condescending and provided no real ************ make matters worse, the only point of contact for Mediana in the **** is a husband-and-wife duo who are not only unhelpful but outright rude. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating experience even worse.Out of desperation, we contacted someone in ***** for further assistance. While they engaged with us initially, they eventually stopped responding altogether. Requests to escalate our concerns to another support representative were completely ignored.Not only does the machine fail to meet our expectations, but we also feel misled and undervalued as customers. There was no hesitation in accepting our $12,000 payment, yet when it comes to providing adequate support, ******* has completely fallen short. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and we strongly regret our purchase.

    The products they sell are not worth the cost. **************** is not extremely customer friendly. I had a problem with a recent purchase, and the representatives acted as if I was imposing by insisting that they respect the warranty. They want you to troubleshoot for weeks before they'll do anything to correct the problem, thus using up days on your warranty. Definitely search around. This company should be your last resort!
