Store in ******** assaulted two women walking by. The assault was racially motivated and there has been no attempt of communication with the public.

Me and my friend had been coerced into the store and we were told they would exfoliate our skin. Without asking for full consent they began to put a cream on us while the lady was being pushy and rude. Saying remarks like your skin is dry you really need this i can tell. Then while the persuaded me into purchasing a product my friend who is a biology major notice they had a chart showing the skin that was wrong along with multiple misspelled words. They also gave false information about grape stem cells multiple times.

**** and even ****** sells their products cheaper, makes no sense, at the store they lure you with sales tricks. I was having a off day and fell for the *** bought it but then decided didn't want it, no refunds only store credit, this was said after the card was swiped. "Oh no refunds only store credit", well now I have no choice do I? Its not like they have secret formula for these products its basically same stuff others use with marketing BS to make you think this should cost way more than it should. The prices they start with are way to high for the ingredients they use. They remind of of how MLM sales people are and I haven't had to deal with that in awhile

This is a scam! The employees were very pushy and wanted me to really buy their products. I was told by the employees that the product was only about $20 so I agreed to that amount but then I got back a receipt and got charged $200. I confronted the store about it and they told me about their no return policy and any complaints I had to be done by customer service. I emailed and contacted customer service but no response back. I had contacted my bank to try disputing the amount but they werent much help. I would like a refund or at least some of my money back!

Introstem is a scam. A lady named ***** working at Introstem kiosk at ******** shopping mall tried to sell me peeling and moisturizer for $100 each and the company sells it for $40 on amazon. No, not private people sell it on amazon. It's a brand name.

This company is a SCAM! Pushy sales people who barter with you and tell you that you're getting a great deal. They lie about the products they are selling you and charge you a huge price for cheap/fake products. Read their ****** reviews which show many many people stating that they are scammers as well. AVOID!

Your first clue - should have been mine - is that these stores have "No Refund" policies. Caveat emptor.... I had an allergic reaction to two products. I tried to return them and the salesman told me it was impossible. I tried the products two more times - same allergic reaction. Since I work 6-7 days a week, I couldn't get back to the mall often. When I did, there was rarely anyone in the storefront and when there was, they were all busy. I tried one more time after several months and was told they couldn't take anything back as they "didn't know what had happened to the products". Although I can understand this on one level, only two products were opened. I would have settled for 50% back on what I spent for products I can't use. Instead, the manager tried to sell me $3500 worth of machines which he assured me was a huge discount. No thanks.......
