      I cancelled this order with ******* at Huntwood on the 17th of May and have not seen a refund. I have been in contact with huntwood and they give me the run around that the refund has to be processed by corporate and then it get passed over to accounting then a refund is issued. They would not refund my money in the store. It will be put back on my card after all the right people have singed off on it.

      I am writing this also want to let other people that might thinking of buying the whole house huntwood cabinet to be aware of this. Their limited life time warranty is not REAL at all. We built the house, and bought over hundred thousands dollar worth of cabinet from them for the whole house. Because of the scale of the cabinets and also we don't use every cabinet all the time, there are some manufacture defect that we never notice till later on. Such as one of the lower cabinet, which you have to bend down and see it, there is a big hole on the back where you re-shelf them. It is no doubt it was there since day one, person install the cabinet from huntwood must have seen it, and said nothing. So, I contacted them for repair since I would assume if there is any warranty, manufacture defect should be one of them. But their response is it is too long till i report it. So if I want to have that repaired, I have to pay for it.There is another issue with one of the cabinet finish, you can clearly see it is pre-fixed because there is some cosmetic issues to cover it up. But since I also didn't discover this ON TIME per their standard, so they claim it was a water damage. While all the cabinet around it, to the left right are all perfectly fine. So buyer be aware of this cabinet company, my closet company that i spent way less money on, has much better warranty them them. And I also have never heard of limited life time warranty interoperate as if you don't find any problem within the time of installation, it is not covered. Very bad practice.

      There may have been some misunderstanding on one side or the other, but we can help with the missing section at the bottom back of one of the cabinets, but the water damage on the doors from the farm sink by the dishwasher is not a warrantable damage.  Please contact ****** in customer service to figure out a time for repairing the *****.

      I am rejecting this response because: I want other people to be aware of this company. Don't buy from them if you don't have time to check each part of the orders. So, in another word, don't buy a big order from them. Their life time warranty is lie. They spin it however they want to. Follow is what i receive while i first reach out to them regarding the broken back. You can see it is not a misunderstanding, they clearly told me too bad, you find this defect too late so you have to pay for it. 

       

      "Thank you for reaching out. This order is outside of the warranty timeline and unfortunately any discrepancies with the order should have been reported two years ago.
      However, we can provide you a quote for a replacement piece. I have copied my sales associate **** to this email in case you would like to move forward with a purchase."

       

      I disagree with the water damage claim just the same reason. Because this cabinet happens to be around sink. But no other ones around the sink, or besides this cabinet has any issue of so  called "water damaged" sign. This is the only one, and this is the only one that has been clearly pre-fixed on the bottom to cover some defect. I would have found this issue if i only order a handful of cabinet from them at the beginning.
