    I am writing to formally dispute the charges on the invoice dated Feb 18th, totaling $1,424.97 for fire alarm repair services. After reviewing the details of the work performed and the rates provided by your technician, I believe there has been an error in the billing.Based on the technician's hourly rate of $170 and the overtime multiplier of 1.5, the labor cost for 2 hours of work should be $510. Additionally, the cost of two sensors at $30 each total $60. Including a 10% tax, the expected total should be $627.I have discussed this matter with the *************** I respectfully request that the invoice be revised to reflect the correct amount of $627.Please find attached the documentation supporting my calculations and the details of the work performed. I kindly ask that you review this information and adjust the invoice accordingly.
