PSA: I had 22 people in town last weekend for a family reunion. One of them booked at Quality Inn Liberty Lake and found blood stained sheets and mouse p*** in the room. When they complained they were told they could get them new sheets but they would need to change the sheets themselves. Obviously they decided to get a different hotel with a clean room - but Quality Inn will not refund her money. The manager was smug, superior, and arrogantant and made no attempt to right the situation in good faith. We gave them every opportunity to right the situation before posting this. So if you have family coming to town in need of a local hotel, I would strongly suggest you tell them to avoid Quality Inn. Im mortified my family member had to go through that.

I've had it up to here with this company and their fraud. Something needs to be done. There are more reviews than just ours of people getting double charged. Our reservation was booked through priceline, it was paid for through priceline. The address listed was priceline's address. The hotel required us to put our cc on file at check in. We thought this was standard for all hotel's as a just in case policy. When we told the front desk person at check in, they assured us our card would not be charged. We were wrong. This hotel charged us again on top of priceline already paying for our stay. We spoke with the desk person at check out, they told us to talk to the manager. Contacting this manager was extremely difficult. It took several days before we finally were able to speak with her and when we did, she,*******, was rude, not helpful and insisted ********* did not pay for this hotel room. We know they did. We have the receipt and the confirmation is the same number we had for the hotel reservation. People cannot make reservations using priceline without paying for the room, it's the point of priceline. We still have not received a refund.
