    I reserved two nights, not readily seeing that the address was in ****************, believing it was on **************** in **************** (both **********). When I realized the error, I replied to the confirmation email 5 minutes after receipt noting cancellation asking for confirmation that my cancellation was received. I called but they DO NOT have any voice mail or human contact available, and simply stated I do what Id already done via email.This morning, I received an automated email saying youre almost here so I submitted a second email with no response. This shady business may have a lovely camp but lacks anyone willing to provide customer service. I would request full refund due to their lack of response.

    We had made reservations for our fifth wheel at ************************************* in ********** **. Our reservation had to be moved due to sickness. So we emailed them to have them change the date. We never received a confirmation back so my husband emailed them again. They sent a nasty email back stating the they did change our reservation. But we then had to change it again to 7/24 - 7/28. I had to have heart surgery. My husband emailed them and I also emailed them on a different email address. We tried several times to get a response. They had already taken the ****** out of our account. So we drove from ********* ** to ********** **. We got there and were told we did not have reservation. They were rude and said they had never received an email which is strange since we emailed from 2 different email accounts. We were also told that we were not going to get a refund. So we lost our money, were not going to get a spot to stay. I believe they basically stole our money.
