I asked for a flat top haircut and it was a horrible haircut. Not even close. It was fully 1/2 inch short on the sides and rounded.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/28/2023

My name is *********************, CEO of Stylemasters College of Hair Design.  I regret that this man's experience was unsatisfactory.  The appointment was originally put on the books with a Senior Student.  The man had longer hair and requested a Flat Top.  The style is not often requested therefore the student asked for a demonstration.  One of our instructors, who has also been working full time for the past 13 years in a ***********, did the demo for the customer., she works for us 2 days a week.  He was combative from the beginning as one our previous instructors was always the one to do the demo on him for her beginning students and that particular instructor is no longer working at the school, adding to the man's aggravation.  Furthermore, the customer did not pay for this haircut, it was a DEMO.  There is no refund to give.

Having reviewed the business response in that they said I was combative from the beginning my resolution is simply this I would like to keep in the complaint on file to warn future clientele that they should take their patronage elsewhere. Had I been combative why didn't they call the police department? I'm not so sure the *** of this company even understand the meaning of the word combative? Was I argumentative and upset you bet. The fact that there depends is that it was another instructor is utterly ridiculous she is an instructor. By definition this means she's in a position to instruct students. The photos clearly show, clearly that ************ was not a good haircut. If it is not possible to keep an open complaint on fire with BBB I would settle for a written letter of apology addressing the fact that she said I was combated and the fact that they're instructors the one who did the atrocious haircut.
