      This bank had a problem with my automatic payment. Because of this my payment did not go through and instead of telling me through email, phone call or letter they just said it was delinquent which made my credit score plummet. They have refused to help in any way to rectify the situation.

      My purse wallet and **************** Drivers License was stolen in January of 2019. I reported a hacked account that had my telephone number on it concerning a person within my immediate family. This agency cut me off from online access to my account forcing me to bank only in person. Since the theft of my wallet and indemnifiable information they had consistently harassed me requiring me to always provide my **************** drivers license or they would prevent me from accessing my own account. Then in 2021 I purchased a car with a cuddle loan from a third party seller. I paid **** down on the car on a 5 year loan. They continued to financially harass me when the payments were made on time and the payments were made in advance up to ****** was paid on a ****** dollar vehicle. They used a credit card attached to the loan to close the account and repossess the car.
