    I order my land to be surveyed Feb. 7th 2022. I got the estimate and agreed to it. in march I was put on the list to get my land surveyed. So by *****, I got a response and I asked them to let me know when they were going to be here to get the job done. That was the last communication I had with them. Then in August they showed up at my house unannounced to me that they were coming to survey the land. I was at work and did not know they were even here until I got home and there was weird stick in the middle of my front yard. My land is a pie shape and they measured it right. There a tree line where my land line is and the stick was in the middle of the front yard! So, I went into the office to complain. First, he asked if they did the wrong house? I said, no the measurement was off. They said, no they trust their technician. I asked if they could at least take a look? and they said, they would get back to me. Then in Nov. 22 2022 I get a bill emailed to me saying I'm past due for *******. What the ****, I was quoted ******* and there has been no updates or communication at all. The person emailed me the results of the work which was a match to what was already online at the county assessor office. Supposedly, they mailed me a paper copy in August, but I never got one in august. Now they want ******* without a word about my complete and they also told me in the same email that I will be pay interest charges as well. I will not pay for a job that was not done. I very upset about how I was not informed when they were going to survey the property and the lack of communication when I had a complete about the job and then just slapping me with a bill that was almost ****** more then what I agreed too. This has been on going since last February.
