      my wife and I had Eagle plumbing come out to our house in the first of November, to address a leaking shower valve. they promptly came out and removed parts. since then they have missed one scheduled appt with us, they had not informed us to whether the part was ordered and never arrived, whether it arrived and did not match, or whether we needed a new valve assy. altogether. we just have had no response from them whatsoever, except for my calling to complain and demanding that they return my parts which they had taken. Now we will be needing to hire a different plumber, but we have no parts to match because Eagle plumbing will not return them.

      I have spoken to **** on the phone and wanted to return the part this past Friday after speaking to him Tuesday, this was all due to the part being very difficult to locate and the business I ordered it from not ever fulfilling my order, I am looking into what happened but a busy rest of my week caused further delays.  I will locate and return the part asap.

      I had called him after missing our appointment time due to the lack of the part, an untimely call as it came late in the day when the appointment was set and informed him about the part not arriving when it was scheduled to do so according the email I got from the company I ordered it from.  I didnt set up any reminders to myself and instead of relying on the part showing up to prompt me to reach out to be able to reschedule the installation of the part and as the part never arrived coupled with my lack of having set a reminder meant that this got forgotten.  Its unprofessional and my customers deserve better service than this, I have already apologized to him on the phone and have every intention of getting his part back, at no point did I refuse to return it I merely told him it had been shuffled around on my disorganized truck and I needed to relocate it.
