    I placed an order with this business on September 10, 2022. Since then I have received auto-replies to my follow-*** stating that they have supply chain issues. Now, the company appears to have pulled their website and their email addresses are bouncing back. They have not refunded my money.

    I had two small orders that were pending since May 4th and June 16th 2022 respectively. I inquired about these orders via email to ********************************** on July 9th and was told that "Our staff is working hard to get orders out. We understand delays are frustrating, but please know that our team is doing our best to handle the number of orders pending against supply chain delays."Since that time the company website has gone offline, and email to the company's managing partner **** and support bounce back as undeliverable. I'm outside of the 120 day period in which I can file a charge back request with my credit card company so I may incur a loss. After looking around the internet I see that customers were complaining about unfulfilled orders and lack of customer support as far back as 2021, and found public statements by **** who is one of the company's managing partners where he tried to calm concerns and pledge to do better. From my experience the company was accepting orders and taking payment with no ability to fulfill those orders.
