    ******* ******ke 4-6 weeks to process, however, he refused to answer my question on how much I'd be getting back. 7 weeks has passed and I have not received my refund. I sent the finance manager a follow up email on 10/14/24, and received notification that my message has been blocked, indicating that he blocked further correspondence from me. It's been difficult working with the University of **** Lynnwood in getting timely responses and getting the refund I'm entitled to.

    Upon being notified of this customer concern we immediately issued a refund check to the customer for the full amount of the product purchased including sales tax.

    Audi reached out to me and are working on it. Is there a way to reopen until they can close this?him. Besides this, whenever I call, I have to explain my entire situation to someone else working there, and they seem not even to care or bother because it's their manager's responsibility. After several months of follow-up, one of the people working there ( named *****, thankfully took responsibility for following up) said he would work on my case and contact me back. However, after 2 to 3 weeks, I am still awaiting a response. Whenever I called back, I couldn't get hold of him, and when I finally did, he said he was actively working and had no update. This is ****$ (a whole chunk of money). I am seeking help to escalate or move forward in this matter. I am a working mom with two kids and a busy schedule. It was so hard for me to constantly follow up during my work hours as the store hours of operations are 10 AM to 6 PM :( Except for the emails with the manager, which ended in August 2022, I kept emailing him, and he has yet to respond. I don't have any other proof because they were all phone conversations :(. I was going through a family situation all of 2023 with my fathers hospitalization, and I couldnt do anything on this follow-up. When I took this premium warranty protection, I was not told/disclosed that it would take 60 to 90 days for a refund. I could cancel anytime in 30 days and get a full refund. Since this was an additional ****$ on top of my existing loan amount, my interest rate bumped to a .25% increase. Despite this, they have taken forever, and there has yet to be progress.This is sheer cheating, zero customer obsession, and a massive chunk of money. My blood boils if I think of how well I was trapped, and my money is being eaten. I need full refund of **** back since I attempted to cancel this within a week of purchase, and I have the email of following up with the Audi manager and his lack of response.

    We are currently working directly with the extended warranty company and the customer. Our records indicate that we did request full refund and cancellation per the customer request going back to February of 2023. The extended warranty company is currently in the process of issuing full refund that will be sent to the customers lienholder and the amount will reduce the total loan balance by the refund amount. The customer understands that the extended warranty coverage will no longer be valid to cover any current or future repairs. This matter will be fully resolved within the next few days.
