I went to rent a van from this company yesterday, and from the get-go ****** the person helping me at the front counter never provided me information on what I needed to know. He never told me I needed to use a debit or credit card to hold the rental, nor did he tell me I needed to fill it up with gas when I return the rental and he was costing me precious time that I needed to get out of an abusive relationship.****** told me that upon returning the vehicle they would only charge me the amount for the rental and I would get the difference back from the $300 deposit. Upon checking my checking account the day after, I was charged the full $300 not the $81 that it was an actuality for the rental. It is obvious that they are discriminating against me because I am a female. I now have to go back in there and try and get the money back that they are trying to steal for me. I never would have gone to these guys had it not been for my ex damaging my name with the **haul rental chain.

also all rental requirements are clearly posted on the rental counter with large posters. It is
also company policy to go over rates, deposit amount and the replacing of fuel with all rental
equipment at the time of pick up which was done with ************** now two times before she left the
premises with the rental equipment this is company policy.
The amount charged for the rental was ***** dollars which was used from the
300.00 authorization to her credit or debit card at the time of pick up the rest of the funds were
released back to her with in 24 to 72 hours which is controlled by her financial institution to

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

It took a while for the transaction to adjust in my account.
I withdraw my complaint as everything worked out in the
end. I do suggest however that the person helping the customer tell them that they do have to fill up the vehicle
with gasoline upon return. There are too many things
posted on the wall behind the counter and they are hard
    to see.

    Sincerely,
