    I took my vehicle to them for tight steering. I mentioned the steering wheel also moved like it was loose (just in case it was related to the tight steering. They replaced the power steering pump under warranty from work previously done (I think they said a year ago). They then charged me for tightening the steering wheel (which wasn't fixed and does the same thing). They also informed me that the rear brakes needed replaced and rear cylinders were leaking. I took vehicle to ******************* for a 2nd opinion. Technician at ******************* read report from ****'s and showed me that the vehicle has no sign of the cylinders leaking or ever had been leaking and the rear brakes were fine at the depth they are at. Needless to say, I feel Jeff's Auto Repair, Inc. were looking to scam me. When I called to cancel the appointment to have steering wheel fixed (which should have been done right the first time), the guy was very short and when I mentioned basically not being happy, he was still short with me and was ready to end the call. This attitude I feel shows they knew exactly what they were doing by trying to scam a customer and didn't want to listen. Not good business because I used to recommend people to them but no more! I'm out $200 but they are out customers recommendations. I do NOT recommend this business
