    Worst communication over the phone Ive ever had with a company. . Silver was extremely rude and even laughed at me while on the phone. She was giving me info I wasnt asking for and when I was trying to be more specific she asked. What are you not understanding?. I felt like nothing I was asking was worth her time. She said she could charge me $20 bucks to come out and get a quote which I did not ask for. Other companies were more than helpful giving me a ball park figure over the phone but silver made me feel dumb for asking what I had ask all the other companies over the phone. She proceeded to get loud and of course I was not going to accept that and so I got loud back and she hung up. I called her back and she pushed me straight to voicemail. The reviews on their website talk about how helpful she is and the communication being top notch but I did not experience anything like that on the phone. I hope others see that this company is all about money and not customer **********************. ************* YPIR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
