Placed two orders over 10 days ago have not received confirmation but Ive been charged. No way to reach customer service they dont reply to text messages or emails and its the only way to contact. Hundreds of customers are waiting for oaid orders and **** Quinn still keeps having launches and sales collecting money while hundreds of people are waiting to previous orders item to ship.Business Response

Hello,
Customer reached out to us on July 29th at 10:22 am and we responded on July 30th at 11:17 am. The customer has two unfulfilled orders. One on July 20th and July 22nd. At the time the customer placed both orders, fulfillment times were listed on our homepage banner at 12 business days. Her orders are at the warehouse waiting to be fulfilled and will ship before the end of the 12th business day.
The delayed orders the customer is referring to is from an early July event where we had the most orders ever placed in company history. This customer did not place any orders during that event and is in no way affected by this.

On July 6th, I placed an order in the amount of $468.39 for children's clothes on ************ Quinn website. The website stated shipping times were 5 to 8 business days. My order did not ship after 8 business days and was labeled as "unfulfilled" on ************ Quinn website, which means it wasn't even packaged yet. I contacted the company several times over the next week and was told multiple times that they would look into it and reassured me that the order would arrive in time for my children's birthday (the reason why I placed the order). I asked repeatedly that since it hadn't even been packed yet, to please cancel my order if there was any doubt it would arrive on time. They refused. Still, my order did not ship. On July 25th, I followed up yet again and was promised by a **** Quinn representative named *******, that my order would ship that very day with 2-day express shipping and that she would be sending me tracking information shortly. My order still didn't ship and I never received tracking information.Today, July 27th, I contacted **** Quinn wanting answers and an end to the lies. I again asked them to cancel my order but they told me I was cornered into only being able to return the order for store credit, once I received it, and they refused to cancel it. They still had not even packaged my order and I have no interest in spending my money, and being forced into using store credit to support a business that lacks any honesty or business ethics. I looked on ****** reviews and found several reviews of **** Quinn by various customers, complaining of the exact same problem, going back several months and even into last year. **** Quinn representatives responded to some of these complaints, and upper management is aware of the problems, but they continue to hold giant sales with fake advertised shipping times, intentionally misleading customers into spending more money on their site.Business Response

Hello,
We had an event in early July and received the highest amount of orders we have ever seen in company history. Due to this, orders were delayed. We did our very best to ship out this customers order and get it in time for an event. Once we shipped the order, ***** lost the package. A refund has been issued to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: the only reason my credit card was FINALLY refunded yesterday, is because I fought for weeks for this business to do the right thing and stand by their commitments to their customers. The business continuously refused to refund my money citing policies, but refused to acknowledge PROMISED shipping times. I checked with ***** and, in fact, the package was not lost. The business truly never gave the package to *****. They simply created a shipping label as a way to stall. I place my order nearly one month ago without any movement.
This is not the first time they have had **************** delays following a large sale. Hundreds of customers have been inconvenienced and their money not returned to them, not only during this sale but previous ones. Several ****** reviews were posted by customers more than a year ago for the same problem and without resolution. I am happy to provide proof if requested.Consumers should be warned about the dishonest and unethical business practices of **** Quinn. They have stolen too much money from too many people, despite customers attempts at fighting for their rights.

I have placed orders on 7/6/2022 on which they advertised to ship it out within 8 business days. However I have not received any shipment information yet as far as today 7/27/22. The company kept promising to find out about status of the order which should be shipped soon. After one response, they stopped answering inquiries and concerns about the orders. In the mean time, this company keep releasing new clothiers and ship them before fulfilling the pending ones.Business Response

I purchased an order from **** Quinn on 4/6 for $451.39 and 14 business days later (17 days later if you include saturdays) my order still has not shipped. The order number is KQ2001621.Their shipping policy prior to this order was 5-8 business days to ship. After this sale they communicated they were overwhelmed with orders so they changed the shipping from 5-8 days to ***** days. If I knew their shipping date range would be changed because they cant fulfill orders in a timely manner I would not have ordered from them. Hello,

Due to the delay, we refunded this customers shipping. We were unable to fulfill one of the items the customer ordered and a refund was issued as well as a $5 gift card for the inconvenience.

I have placed an order with this business about once a month for 2 years. That is until their customer service went downhill and their shipping speeds slowed way down. This company will not ship your items within their shipping time, and then will refuse to refund the order. Telling you that your only option is to return the items for a store credit once they arrive. If I buy something for an event, a gift, etc, and you take twice as long as promised to ship it, I NO LONGER NEED THAT ITEM. This company is walking a fine line between boutique and straight up scam with how difficult it is to get an item refunded, even if the refund is warranted because they lied. Someone needs to let them know that what theyre doing, holding peoples money, is not legal.Business Response

We are not able to locate any messages under this customers name or email in our system asking us to cancel a recent order. The customer placed an order on June 6th. At that time our fulfillment times were listed at 5-8 business days. We shipped the order placed on the 6th out on July 14th and the package has been delivered.
This customer placed an order on July 22nd. At that time our fulfillment times were listed at 12 business days. This order is waiting to be fulfilled and will ship out by the end of the business day, August 9th, 2022. We also do not see any message sent to us asking to cancel and recent orders.
Our store policy states that we are unable to make changes or cancellations to placed orders for any reason. You may return your order for store credit as soon as you receive it (in its original packaging). We are happy to work with the customer if they need to send anything back or need help with an order.
I am attaching a screenshot of our most recent message from the customer. I am also attaching proof of delivery with the customers recent order showing we fulfilled their order in the promised fulfillment time of 5-8 business days. We responded, but never heard back from them. Please let us know if we can provide you with any further information.

I purchased $502.73 from Kate Quinn Organics July 4th Sale. All ******************************************************************************* shipped at the time advertised by Kate Quinn Organics. As stated in original advertisement for the July 4th sale, orders will be processed and shipped after 8 business days of merging mulituple orders into one order according to the 2 merging dates of the July 4th Sale. First order merging runs until Wed, 7/6 @ 5pm Second Order Merging runs from Wed, 7/6 @ 5:01pm until Sun 7/10 @ 5pm My first order#KQ2003299was merged on July 7, 2022. Order#KQ2017706 merged on July 10, 2022. Neither of these orders have been processed and shipped after 12 and 11 business days. **************** said refunds are not an option and offer gift cards as a refund or to compensate for items purchased. I do not want to purchase another item from this site so the gift card would be useless and my money wasted on a company that does not honor or value their customers. This is my first time shopping this online store and I wish I had went to sites that I know honor their customers with what they advertise. I would have never wasted my money or time on items I most likely will not receive in time for events I had purchased for because I was mislead into believing they would be processed and shipped no later than 8 business days. Customers were informed 9 business days after the fact orders will take much longer to receive but as of now nothing I purchased has even been fulfilled or processed to ship. Have made multiple orders with a guarantee to ship within five to eight business days. Currently have two order totaling over 550 dollars that have Elgar exceeded the guaranteed ship date. Have reached out to the company numerous times to cancel orders for a refund and have been denied and told the orders should ship soon. I am rejecting this response because: I am more than happy to return the items but not for store credit. Im aware the policy of the business is returns are for store credit. But when an order or multiple orders, in this case can not be shipped out in the timeframe that the company clearly stated on the website, then I am not to be held to that policy when the company couldnt uphold their end of the policy. I know it was a ***************** but that is not something I should be penalized for. The company should have anticipated high volume and set a lengthier shipping time that was set clear to customers. If customers knew that orders would have taken weeks to ship, sales would have been much lower. And the company knows that. Its unethical business practice.

I placed several orders with Kate Quinn Organics between 7/6/22 and 7/18/22, all of which I paid for express shipping. Their express shipping policy states that: "Express Shipping orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. You must select and pay for one of the two Express Shipping options at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order." It has now been 12 business days, and the customer service team continues to lie to me about when my items will be delivered. I have this documented over emails which I will attach here. I do not appreciate being deflected and lied to as a customer. Shipping speed is particularly important for infant clothes, since once a baby is born, it needs clothing, and if the company does not ship it in time, it will either be absent or too small by the time it arrives. But most of all, I simply detest being continually pushed off and lied to by customer service representatives who keep changing their story and holding my orders back, which value over $400.Additionally, when I go to their social media platform to ask why they are doing this and if other customers are experiencing similar delays, they simply delete my questions so nobody can see them or reply to any mention of mistakes on their part.Business Response
