As contracted, payment is after we get paid from client then time for it to clear. It is being processed per agreement. A simple call to us would have been better than this.

The rating is an average of 4 stars for the work and 0 stars for billing policies. The work was performed as agreed although I don't think it should have taken as long as it did. I am not able to do the work myself. Prior to engaging the company they provided an estimate which included an estimate of material costs and their fuel surcharge policy. I provided the required deposit and they did the work in a timely manner. I expected a final bill to itemize the material costs which also affects the fuel surcharge. I requested an itemization and they refused. I was billed for the difference in the original estimate minus the deposit. The material estimate is grossly overinflated, in my opinion, and the fuel surcharge adds 20% to the overage. For transparency sake, they should provide an itemization. I recommend future customers require that as a condition of acceptance.

Im sorry weve made you feel that we withheld information. Thats never our intention. What was requested was a cost breakdown, which we did not have for this particular project because much of the material used, the technician already had on his well-stocked truck. So sending over material receipts wasnt an option. We have to charge for any material used, weather they come from a supply house, from our warehouse or from the technicians vehicle. Our policy which is customary, industry normal, mark up to cost of material. Other contractors mark up costs anywhere between above what we do so I think were pretty competitive. We obviously want to keep the lights on to continue offering the services we offer to clients such as yourself so yes, we apply a markup, just as any other contractor does. i.e. Auto mechanics can be 60-100%Its a common misconception on how long a project should take. It often takes longer than anticipated due to supply house visits, drying time, etc. The fuel cost is 2%, not 20% as stated. We can either be transparent about this charge or increase our hourly rate. Our customers appreciate the transparency of the individual line item. This was disclosed on your estimate originally so it was fully communicated before you agreed and signed for our work to be done. The final invoice total was very close what was estimated for the project. The estimate, which was reviewed and approved, clearly shows all charges. Its never our intention to hide anything or mislead our customers. Our goal is to provide the best work possible for a competitive cost. it also states this is a time and material "estimate" . it can vary due to above, etc. It was never a fixed bid. We did perform the work well, in a timely manner and clearly communicated throughout the entire project. I think were ahead of the game! Again, we apologize for making you feel we were trying to deceive you. Overall, we did great work and I think we should focus on that. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! Best Regards,*********************
