    The vinyl flooring in my second floor office starting separating from the glue section and per my homes warranty, I needed to reach out to the contractor who installed them to see if they're still covered under warranty. ******* has been absolutely horrible to work with. I reached out to him and asked for assistance and he asked me to send him photos over text. A week after sending the photos, I had no response so I called him. He told me he has been waiting for a response from the flooring company as they're running tests to determine if this is covered under their warranty. I said okay, when can I expect a follow up. "Oh, I'll let you know when I have an anwer". Another week goes by, I've texted for a follow up once during that time and received no response. So I call again, he answers and tells me the same thing. I said, ****, while we wait can I get an estimate for repairing the floor. He agrees to come over and check it out. He comes over, looks at the floor and says the whole room would probably need to be redone (which is weird since it's three boards that are the issue). I said, ok, can you send me an estimate for the cost. "yeah, I'll get that to you by tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and goes, no update. I text him 9 days later requesting he email me the quote and no response. I send another text, expressing my frustrations about not receiving a quote and he responds that he's out of town with family but he'll get it to me by today, 7/21. It's now 8/1 and I still haven't heard from him and he's redirecting my calls to voicemail and not responding to my text. I can't email him since he doesn't have an email contact or a website.
