    Date of contract: 9/27/2023 We contracted WA Mechanical LLC to install a new heat pump (new 4 ton Carrier outdoor unit), all new duct work, 2 zone system board/dampers. The property address for installing the new heating and air conditioning system is **********************************************. Please see enclosed contract for full details of work to be done.We agreed to pay 50% down, 40% after rough in completion, and 10% after trim out final completion. The contractor installed all the ducts, indoor unit and outdoor unit. We paid the contractor $17,100. We have been trying to find the contractor to come in and finish the job. There has been no response to our phone calls what so ever! We brought in another contractor ****** Systems). We are told by the new contractor that WA Mechanical LLC has installed everything wrong. 1) The equipment is undersized for the unit. 2) the indoor unit needs to have access since it was installed in crawl space. 3) the outdoor unit was installed very close to fence (it needs about 5 feet of distance). The recommendation from new contractor ****** Systems) is to install 2 new units sized properly for the house, in different locations that meets the code with all required wiring and hoses, etc.
