      If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service team promises the best and delivers the worst. Quote for a new hot tub cover was $1k and would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. After nearly 10 weeks and multiple calls they finally called the manufacturer and it came several weeks later. From the beginning the cover did not fit properly and was letting heat out constantly which the sales *** did nothing about. Only due to the fact that they failed to collect the second half of the payment is when they decided to contact me. Given I was unhappy with the product I requested they fix the problem prior to me issuing payment. They asked me to return the product and go without a cover as they assessed the damage (who would do that by exposing a hot tub for an undisclosed time?). When I escalated several times they decided to send a technician to look at the cover. The technician's only interest was to take a few photos so the management team could 'assess' the problem. As one would expect, they came up with an 'assessment' that the hot tub was operating correctly and the cover didn't have any issues so please pay us or we will send to collections. When I again pointed out the issue is the cover doesn't fit so why does the heat escape from the cover they went back to explaining the hot tub works. Makes no sense and clearly they just wanted to be paid and would say anything to their customers to get paid.If you want to overpay for an product that doesn't work and is double the lead time they quote, you have the right company. I'll take my business elsewhere.

      DO NOT USE RICH'S FOR SPA REPAIR. THEY CAME TO WORK ON MY COAST SPA IN FEB 2024 AND IT'S NOW ALMOST APRIL 2025 AND MY SPA IS STILL NOT WORKING. They sent **** *. It needed a new pump. When he installed the pump he forgot to glue the pipe taking water out of the pump. Water went everywhere, including on the new pump. He came back, fixed it, but we needed a new filter canister. The first canister he ordered he didn't know he needed to glue it together. He installed it and it burst. Water went all over the new pump and the motor. He ended up having to order a new canister and glue it properly in his shop. He finally came back and installed it. He hooked everything up but forgot to hook the pipe that takes water into the pump to the pump. Water once again saturated the pump. He came back, supposedly glued it together properly. The spa worked for 1 1/2 months when the pipe he glued disconnected and saturated the pump for a third time. That was March 1st. I finally got ahold of someone from Rich's. They don't answer emails or take phone calls. They say they can't come fix it until the end of April at the earliest because **** S is on family leave. The only reason I used them is because my spa is a Coast Spa and they are the only certified techs. This has been a nightmare. My well water has too much iron for me to fill my spa. I'm out $1000.00 in water alone because of **** *.'s multiple s**** **** DON'T USE RICH'S FOR A REPAIR AND DON'T PURCHASE A COAST SPA! As far as I'm concerned Coast Spas is as much to blame as Rich's because of how they demand only their technicians can work on the spa and order parts. I'm going to hire a REAL SPA TECHNICIAN and I'm going to take Rich's for the Home to small claims court. I have pictures, videos and all correspondence. I will delete this review if Rich's makes this right in a timely manner, but I don't see that happening. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I have had the most horrible experience with Riches. Bought a Lopi Agp pellet stove. Paid $4700 for this stove. Had some serious issues with the pellet stove. Was treated really well until I got tired of being drug along. I do not trust the stove I purchased. Can not let it run while I am away from the home. Which is why I bought this stove. The installing company put the incorrect exterior cap, which is not allowing for proper ventilation . It has been 10 weeks since this debacle started. I still have not gotten the correct cap yet. Now Now one is answering my calls. I am so frustrated with this company. Please be aware when purchasing from this company. I will never purchase anything from them again!

      We are at the last straw. We are a retired, 80 year old couple, on a fixed income who feel we have been cheated and taken advantage of by Richs. We ordered a fireplace log set last April which was installed in June and to this date is still not working. Not only did we want to enjoy our fire during these cold nights we use our fireplace for heat and comfortable. We have repeatedly told staff of our concern and dissatisfaction. We have called and emailed several people in your service department many times and been told first it was one part and then another. The technician you have sent out seems totally incompetent, cannot fix our problem and moans, and shouts while working. We have been good customers of ******************** over the years but no more.We have repeatedly asked for our money back since Richs is unable to fix the problem but we keep getting more excuses. We need a resolution now or we will forced to take this matter higher.

      Thanks Richs for your excellent tech ******. On a 99 degree day **** quickly diagnosed my hot tub problem. Its refreshing to have a serviceman arrive on time and solve a problem. I appreciate good service!

      Don't expect service and tech support from this company. Bought the extended warranty and am trying to use said warranty. There is ZERO communication from their warranty department. I have had to call Rich's and warranty department frequently to get any answers on the fact that they are not coming out to find out why my spa is leaking.Finally they after sent out a child with no real experience to diagnosis the problem. It was apparent from the start he had little experience with spas, so I asked him how long he had been doing this, he told me he really didn't work on spas that he worked on fireplaces but he would fill in when they needed help with a spa. He had to continually send texts to someone to try and figure out what was going on with my spa and then took all the panels off the spa, looking for a second pump which he said he could hear was trying to start but was not working. (there is no second pump). After unable to find the second pump which he could "hear was trying to start" he told me, well they told me there is two pumps. Said Tech guy told me I would hear from Tech support that day to schedule a new appointment to replace the leaking pump. No call, no word for 6 days and that was only because I called Rich's repeatedly to find out when my leaking spa would be fixed. Every 3 days I have to replace 2inches of water lost through this leak. This is going to cost me a lot in water alone. The text they finally sent said, "Currently waiting for an ETA date on your replacement pump diagnosed by our tech." 6 days later I have still not heard from them. Have again left messages with Rich's and tech support for any answers. The saga continues........

      We purchased a brand new high-end hot tub from Richs and on our 2nd time using it, the jet housing on the volcano jet broke. This makes two seats and the volcano jet feature unusable with all the pressure lost through the broken housing. We visited the store on Oct 29th to inform them and get service set up. To make a long and very frustrating story short, it took Richs from Oct 29th to Jan 10th to super glue a part on a brand new hot tub. We lost track of all the emails and phone calls trying to either get confirmations or responses back from them regarding service. Countless times we've been told "Someone will get right back to you" only to hear crickets. After the tub was repaired, the store manager ***** called to make sure the tub is working and to discuss our ****** review. She asked how they can get it changed to a 5 star rating. I told her what they would need to do in order to make it right and she said shed discuss it with her manager. No follow up on that either.

      This is my sixth purchase from Rich's and I continue to be more impressed. Previously have purchased outdoor furniture and a fireplace.I bought a Broilmaster Grill (my second one. Purchased one for our vacation home a year ago. Great outdoor grill.) and needed it delivered promptly for a family occasion. No problem.Rich's delivery folks removed the old grill, installed the new gas grill, put the briquets carefully in place, fired it up and reviewed its features with me. Extremely thorough and respectful.As usual, the sales staff treated us like family. We priced shopped elsewhere and Rich's not only had the best price, but free assembly. Love these pros and their wonderful products.
