      Negative Stars. Bought carpet for my stairs from Flynn. The Installer came and stated carpet wouldn't work, holes near riser and corner, Sent installer away. When ordered Flynn advised me on carpet, before ordering I had 4 pictures of stairs. Asked if the carpet I picked would work and they said no problem. After Installer left I called Flynn and they said they were shown pictures and carpet was non returnable. If they hadnt seen pictures how did they advise on selection? Of course I was upset and literally said "well thats @$%$@" . The situation was worth A swear word. *** in Flynn Sales calls me back 3 days later. He said since I used vulgarities they are cancelling me as a customer. Not only do I have ********************** purchased on their advice, installer states won't work, they charging for carpet and cancelation charge of $150. I was in disbelief. *** wouldn't discuss further. *** said I was one of those people that can't take No, Actually *** I was stunned. He told me to pick up carpet and obligated per contract to pay for carpet and cancellation charge. I called to schedule time to pick up carpet when *** wasnt at the store, even just a 5 minute window. **** said as *** being the manager of the store he was not going to tell *** to not be at the store or even provide any window. As consumer was not sure how fight this. Could go to small claims court. No time or energy. I can alert others of unfair business practice. Another carpet company installed my carpet with no issues. Stairs were fine. Best decision was Flynn firing ME! Carpets by ***** was FANTASTIC. They charged me AFTER install. Be careful with Flynn. I cant get my $150 back but I can alert consumers about Flynn Carpet. Just noticed the carpet they said was special order appears to be an old remnant. It wasn't bound by plastic and had my name on back and another customers name ********** crossed out. Leftover carpet sold as Special Order? Non-returnable. Careful of Flynn Carpet.
