    On 07/12/23, I dropped my 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT off to Trans Service *** to have my Transmission Rebuilt. The work was completed on 07/27/23. I retired on 08/01/23 and relocated to Arlington, ** to be with my daughter while she attends grad school at *********************. On 11/16/23 while traveling, My transmission begin to stall, slip and stop shifting to 2nd gear. I contacted Trans Service *** and explained my transmission issues with ***** and ********* (employees). ***** informed me that Trans Services was sold to ************************* from the previous owner-****, and the business name was changed to ENA Trans. I informed ***** about the pending warranty, ***** stated: under the new business name, we dont have to honor the warranty. I left my contact information with both ***** and *********, and requested to have **************************** contact me as soon as possible. I never received a call from *******************. On 12/01/23, I took my truck to ******** Transmission LLC, **************** Located at *************************************************************************. PH: **************. ********* did a diagnostic check on my transmission and the following discrepancies appeared: P0700: Transmission control sys, P0776: Pressure Control Solenoid B performance stuck off, P0797: Pressure Control Solenoid C stuck on. ********* test drive my Escalade and observed the transmission stop shifting after 2nd gear and at times it slipped randomly. ********* provided an estimate of $4846.03 to rebuild my transmission. Im requesting a full refund of $5530.00 dollars, the funds I was charged by Trans Services ***-**** to rebuild my transmission, but my transmission problems still exit and are unresolved. The warranty: 1yr/12,000 miles is still pending. Thanks for assisting me in resolving the very frustrating, tiresome and complicated issue.
