On 12/8/2023, I signed up for a Marketing Program with Fulfillment-Pros. Paid $9000 so they can provide LIVE training and for digital marketing training with SEO and customer-centric foundation, social media, ****** analytics and trends, site analysis program. I was contacted by the Account Manager to schedule a call from ********************* for first social media training with *****. It was scheduled for 1/3/2024 9am to 10am. At 9:25am I reached out to ********************* and his response was he will be on it, he will call *****. So ***** from ***************** called my cellphone with the information he received from Fulfillment Pros close to 10:30AM and it was rescheduled for Friday, 1/5/2024. ***** called and didn't provide the social media training, but rather, asked for additional $5000 to proceed forward with what I already have paid $9000 for. I refused to pay $5000 and therefore he refused to provide the training and hung up. I reached out to Account Manager, *********, and ****** and left them voicemails and emailed them and no response. I contacted Discover and filed a dispute. To date I have not received any training or follow up from the company. I requested a refund from the company and they stated because I filed a dispute against them, they will not refund my money. Can you please guide me in the direction I should go pertaining to this issue? Is there anyway you can contact the company for me and request a refund for me? Discover sees this transaction is valid. But the issue is, Fulfillment-Pros used the website from Accelecommerce to show that it's their website that they created for me but it's not. Accelecommerce provided Fulfillment Pros my Account Spreadsheet that has my username and password for the website which has not been completed and running. The first email that I received from ************ from Fulfillment-Pros stated that if Discover finds favor with them, they will elect to keep the $9000 and not provide the service I paid for.

I am rejecting this response because:

The account manager from Accelecommerce, an affiliate of Fulfillment-Pros, scheduled the marketing training for me. On 1/3/2024, I was supposed to have a social media training with ***** from ***************** and it was a no show on his part. My 2nd attempt at training was on 1/5/2024, in which I was asked for another $5000 to which I denied and my training was ended. This caused me to file a dispute with Discover because there was no follow up, or follow through from the Fulfillment-Pros pertaining to what I purchased. In addition to filing a dispute with Discover, I requested a refund from the company and was told due to me filing a dispute they are not going to refund me the money. The very first email that I received from Fulfillment-Pros after filing a dispute, they stated they can elect to keep the money and not provide the service to me. I want my money back and I'm hoping that this will not happen to other people in the future.

Since 12/8/2023 to 01/05/2024, I have never received any communication from Fulfillment-Pros until I filed the dispute. I asked what services and training they provided to me between 12/8/23 to 1/5/2024, and all that they can show me was a sample store from Accelecommerce that is not active. This website was purchased through Accelecommerce on 11/10/2023. And Fulfillment-Pros is the marketing plan I purchased for. The Client account spreadsheet (which has my username and password) was passed along to Technicians on 12/06/2023 to work on the website. I purchased a ************************** Plan from Fulfillment-Pros on 12/8/2023.

    Sincerely,

    Complaint: 21457669

I am rejecting this response because:
The ****************** credit card, does not find this baseless. They stated there is not enough documentation for further investigation. My first hour of training on 1/3/2024 was a no show. It was rescheduled to 1/5/2024. When ***** called me to start my training, he asked for additional $5000 in order to continue with my training. I refused to pay and my session with the trainer was ended. I paid $9000 to be trained for ***************** (advertisement). Here lies the problem. This needs to be addressed. I can provide you with all the communication, which was very little, that was provided to me. But the bottom line here is, I paid $9000 for the service I never received because I would not give them an additional $5000. I had to apply for a credit card in order to receive this service. The cost of this training is $9000. I don't understand why my first hour, they will ask for $5000. They wanted me to show them my paypal account, my credit card balances, but I refused.

This is why I filed for a dispute asking for my $9000 back. After the session was ended, because I would not give them an additional $5000, I reached out to the company via phone and email and there was no response or call back. They did not call me. When I asked for them show me what services they provided for my $9000 "without any training" they are supposed to train and educate me regarding ***************** Package such as SEO, Web ********** ************* Site Analysis, etc but these were not provided because I refused to pay another $5000. This caused me to believe that this is a "bait and switch." This is dishonest practice. Who called me at least 4 times? When I didn't even get a response or call back when I reached out on 1/5/2024.

    Sincerely,

    *********************************

I am rejecting this response because:

Once more, I didn't get any training from Fulfillment-Pros that I paid $9000 for. Fulfillment-Pros used a separate company, *****************, to begin my training. At which point, the third party company, *****************, requested another $5000 to which I refused to pay and my training was abruptly ended. I reached out to Fulfillment-Pros and did not receive a response. This caused me to file a dispute with Discover credit card company. Services and training were not provided by Fulfillment-Pros. I reached out to Fulfillment-Pros for a refund and was denied. Therefore, I am calling this to Better Business Bureau's attention in hopes that this will not happen to someone else.

    Sincerely,

Hello. The burden of proof needs to be provided by Fulfillment-Pros. I paid them $9000 for service I never received. I had no idea that they used a third party for their training. This third party was trying to get another $5000 from me to which I denied. Fulfillment-Pros needs to be the one contacting the third party as they instructed this third party to give me training. When I contacted Fulfillment-Pros and explained the situation and asked for help I didn't receive any feedback on what is happening. I called them twice and left voicemails to which I got no return phone calls. I did email them several times and did not receive a response. So I filed a dispute with ***************** and asked for my money back from Fulfillment-Pros to which I was denied. I have never received training from them even though I reached out. The burden of proof lies on Fulfillment-Pros to show what they have provided me for my $9000. I have also asked in an email to Fulfillment-Pros to provide with what they did for me pertaining to my $9000 and there was no response. This is why I'm calling this to Better Business Bureau's attention as I have no recourse and I'm out $9000. I had no contract with *****************, I didn't pay *****************. So there is no reason to contact *********** because they were contacting me on behalf of Fulfillment-Pros. So the problem is with Fulfillment-Pros, the company that I paid for a service that I never received.

I'm attaching the emails that I sent to Fulfillment-Pros. There was a response from ***************** after I filed a dispute stating that because I filed a dispute, they will not refund my money. He never answered any of the questions I sent pertaining to training.

    Sincerely,

    *********************************

10/19/2023 $8500.00 They were supposed to store and deliver good, its like a drop shipping service. They did not complete their course with me because I refused to pay an additional 2500 more in maintenance fees.I called and emailed them saying I wanted a refund but the just ignored me. So I tried disputing it through my credit card company, but the email them, saying my store was up and running, which is a lie. Because I still had one more course to complete. But I did most of the courses but the business was not up and running as they claimed.I told them more then once I want to cancel before the course even started, but instead I got call a call from a guy basically bullying me into taking the course.I did speak to ***************** in Dec , around the 4 th because I had class with a girl, and she told me to check my email first so she did give me the class, so I got an email from him, telling me to fix that fee, if not he is not authorizing anymore lessons. So I call him and I told him I am not paying them a dime more, and its got heated and he just hanged up on me. But thats not the only company that scammed me the first one is call ACCEL ECOMMERCE, he took 3700,00 for me too, this company sold me out to the other one. I called and email *************** but I never got. Reply either, so I just need help resolving this problem because I put myself in so much debt , just trying to make money on line. I really hope you can help me, I just want something back I know they give me some lessons but I never sold a thing so I dont think its fair to pay for something I did get,If you call me I will only pick if you leave me message because I get so much junk calls.Thank you for your time.

They lied to me. Told me I only needed to work an hour a day to make $5,000+ a month. Its not true. They lied to me, and stole my money under these false pretenses. $18,000+ dollars down the drain. Created fights with my wife, and were having a baby due in April. Its been an incredible challenge just trying to stay above water so this doesnt destroy my credit. I know there must be some level of consumer protection law. And that these thiefs cant just get away with it.

Web ************** is their 2nd company they communicate by.

    *************************

Fulfillment Pros LLC is the company that invoiced me.

First They invoiced me $8,500 for a course to teach me how to make money online.

After I finished this course a few weeks later, another sales person from the marketing department of this company calls me and proceeds to tell me

How is your online business to profit if you dont have a marketing plan? You must pay to get your business out there or your website will make no money. So there are a few different marketing packages, silver, or level 1, for $2,500 extra. Or gold for $5,000 extra. Or platinum for $10,000.

He made me feel really dumb, I didnt know about these extra fees when they were just talking about the course a couple weeks before this. They said in the beginning, the $8,500 course is sufficient, you wont need to pay anything else. And then they set up a very exciting meeting with the marketing team, they made it sound like it was included. Just for me to be pressured into buying a $10,000 marketing plan, or else my website will not be successful. Of course, they said, you dont need to do it, but heres how your new $8,500 website will fail if you dont spend this extra $10,000 right now. Was a high pressure sales call. Well done by them because they took advantage of me and I did it. I did not have the money to pay for this. I was actually low on money at the time, my real estate business was struggling, which is why this predatory approach they did worked so well. With little money of my own. They proceeded walked me through a process of applying for a 15 month no interest loan through to my own personal bank. So in a time of distress, they told me to take out a loan now, and pay it off later, we promise it will work! But it has been months of no progress, them kicking the can down the road, and I still owe chase bank, $18,000+ dollars. I have a baby due in 3 months. Im praying to God there is some type of consumer protection against these people who seem very nice but then are really snakes.
