  ******** company put a block on my website after saying I had a monthly payment to them. After proving that I bought the top tier package no email and no calls back. **** **** claims to be the administrator but there is no way to talk to him. Would love to start a class action lawsuit against them.

  I'd prefer to give them a zero, but that is not an option. I agree with the other reviews. This place is a SCAM and I wish I'd never signed up with them. The website they created looked nice, but the 'coaching' I received on changing descriptions did not help draw customers to my website in any way. Now I have a lot of debt because I fell for their lies. DO NOT signup with Kreative for creating a website for you. I told them I was not a marketing person and they said it didn't matter and I could still make $4000 to $6000 a month. I didn't even make $1000 after 2 years! What a SCAM!! Not surprised they are not accredited by the BBB. Hopefully anyone considering signing up with them will read the reviews before making that decision.

  I have read through a lot of these reviews, and though I didnt get as far in to it as most the people here a lot of money went was charged to my credit cards. I called to see if there was any way to receive a refund, not all the some and their response was an adamant No!! Medically I wasnt able to continue and Im currently on a fixed income. Im drowning here trying to pay back a lot of things that I paid for am barely making ends meet. These people have no problem taking your money but will not even hear you when you try to explain your circumstances. The person I was working with when all my medical problems arose and had to put things on hold apparently was NEVER employed by them nor did they have anyone by that name. Its just a sad case when they have racked up a substantial amount in credit debt that Id likely never be able to pay back. Taking advantage of people is horrible and it needs to be rectified. All the correspondence Ive had with this company saved in my email is no where to be found even though it was saved nicely in its own little folder. Hmm how does that happen I wonder? There is no remorse for the people you have taken money from.

  Kreative LLC is a SCAM.You will never make enough money to pay off the loans or to recoup your investment.Once Kreative hits their $25000 dollar limit on a client they will never call again. If you have definitive proof of illegal behavior please reach out to the ** Attorney General.**************************************************************

  Just like everyone else's reviews, all they're about is taking your money. The promoter was all about getting started making sales within 6 weeks. They collect your financial background to help with encouraging you to commit to the process fulltime in order to then say that the information is irrelevant. Also, when I asked for ALL documentation to be shared with me, they refused to gather my information in good faith. The only documentation I had was the satisfaction of completion of the website. Of course, I should have tested the site on mobile, which prevented a significant portion of potential sales to be missed. When asked about the lack of mobile responsiveness of the website, I signed up for the bronze package which did not include mobile compatibility; I would have to upgrade to the silver package at an additional cost. We are in the digital age where the majority of users are on mobile. Companies and businesses are building their sites to be mobile-friendly so for a company that has been around for 10 years that's not keeping up with current trends is ridiculous and unscalable. I refuse to spend any more money services and features that should be competively standardardized. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of the way business is conducted. I refuse to recommend or endorse ANYONE to work with this company. Save your money, peace, and sanity. There are cheaper alternatives that will provide you a significantly same resources and services at a FAR less price point and choose to be competitively supportive, modern, and much faster to get you to market. Also, those companies are BBB accredited unlike this company which is also surprising; accredited businesses offering the same service for significantly less yet yield higher revenue by being competitive in the market and able to scale the business to reflect the current market.

  We are sorry to hear how you are feeling.  As a reminder you did sign a legal document regarding your conditional contract release on 8/18/2022, additionally our contract did state that there was a six month period to raise any disputes.  You opted to be released from your contract without any future obligations to working on your program.:

  
  We are well beyond the scope of your contract and terms considering your purchase was made on  3/29/2022 and you opted out of our program on 8/18/2022.

  This company is nothing but a BIG SCAM! I wish they could be shut down. They prey on seniors especially, promising they will make big money. My friend, a senior with Alzheimers, was being scammed on the phone, while I just happened to be there! They have been stealing what little money she has for more than a year! It is sickening! I told her to never talk to them again and I will be blocking the number.

  I was looking for online work from home jobs and responded to a add I found. Many phone calls later and over 20K later, now I can't get phones or emails back to set up training. That money was savings for my retirement. Buyer beware is an understatement. Run don't walk from this company. I should have done my research better.If I could leave no stars I would.
