On June 24, 2019, Better Business Bureau
recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding product quality and
customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for website design
and coaching from Kreative, LLC. Consumers allege they were promised immediate
financial returns due to increased consumer traffic related to the website
design. After several weeks, they did not receive what they perceived they were
paying for during the sales call. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive
to requests for assistance.
On February 4, 2020, February 19, 2020, and May
20, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Kreative, LLC regarding the
pattern of complaints. Kreative, LLC responded to Better Business Bureau each
time.
The most recent response Kreative, LLC provided
to BBB was on May 28, 2020 regarding the consumer allegations. The context of
the letter appears below:
“Kreative, LLC is more than willing to stand behind and
fulfill the promises it makes. Kreative, LLC is also very concerned about
its’ customers’ satisfaction and continues to refine the stringent and
multi-tiered procedures designed by Kreative, LLC to assure that its customers
know what to expect when they buy a website, internet marketing, or social
media services from Kreative, LLC.
While we work diligently to address any and all concerns
raised by our customers, it is also important to note that the number of annual
complaints received by the BBB are less than 1% of the 2,743 live websites
currently hosted by Kreative, LLC.
As mentioned
previously, we are more than willing to provide the BBB with any evidence it
would like to substantiate Kreative, LLC’s position. We are confident
that evidence demonstrates that all Kreative’s
clients are informed both verbally (on recorded calls) and in writing (in the
written contract) that no company, including Kreative, LLC can guarantee or
represent any level of sales, profits, or success due to the websites being
developed.
