I paid this home contractor to plan and execute a home remodel with care. They were negligent in ordering materials, often ordering the wrong sizes (ordered a garage door that was 1 foot too big and was unable to be returned, forcing me to spend another $7,000 on a new door), they were negligent in confirming the measurements of the architect's plans and the entire house is built 8 inches off. There are now support beams that are not in places per the architect's plans that sit in the middle of important deck walkways. This is not something can bet remedied and will forever impact the home value. They ordered a custom patio sliding door that was worth $20,000 in a 3-panel door, when I signed off and approved a 4-panel door. This was intended so that the door immediately on the floor above aligns as it is a 4-panel door. Now I have a 4-panel door sitting on top of a 3-panel door which is not per architectural plan. They charged an 18% markup incorrectly on multiple orders. They double charged for window installation and kept the money from a refunded check from the window company instead of returning the funds to me. Without a remedy with BBB, I will file a suit against the company with the ********** ********** of *******************
