      How do you like being screwed? I won an auction on August 25th 2022. I prepaid as is customary before arriving to pick up my lot. On arrival I was told that the 5 cases Salish All Spice I had bid and won were no longer 5 but only 2 cases. Too bad we miscounted! Sorry! Take it and go away. I called ***** and reached voicemail telling her of the situation (didn't get a call back). Six hours drive from home I wasn't going to leave without what I paid for. He insisted there wasn't any for me although I could see a couple hundred cases in warehouse yet but could get a refund on 3 cases. This guy in charge decided I was the one who was going to get screwed. Wait! I'm here. The other bidders are not here. His solution: Two unpaid bid invoices so the guy from ****** moved those off on me, unknown stuff. Not what I had won! Also, not the same volume. Bait and switch. I wrote to *****. Murphy's gives me a refund on one case. That's it. Just think if it was reversed? And I was being dishonest with them? They would send the hound dogs after us and they do! I could still write to the BBB. Not happy! Just because they have a little picture of your bid. Doesn't mean you'll get it.
