  I had my yacht moved from ****** to ******** Washington. They charged me 3 times the amount it normally would. It seems they had paid someone part or kept it all. over 8000 to move a boat from ****** to ********** and more. I saw the same company move a boat to another place. The owner of the boat laughed when I said it cost me over 8000$. He said...you really got screwed. Did they tell you why it was so high? Then when I could not get the boat fixed due to more dirty, I asked them to move it from the place they left it to another place a little over 100 miles away. They told me it would be the same price. I guess others got word from Associated Boat Transport and no one would move it. Read all the reviews with this company. Management in this company are rip offs. They have Judge or ex Judge ***** ******* ***** as a back bone for all their dirty deeds. Read the reviews. It shows if you use them, they break it....oh darn, its not our fault....You know how the game goes.

  We are surprised and troubled to see this negative review especially since it was posted nearly five years after we completed your boat move. 

  Your review stated numerous inaccuracies such as; 1.) that we charged you over $8,000 when in fact the invoice amount which you paid was less than $5,500  2.) that we damaged your boat which we did not and  3.) that we have a judge working / assisting us which we do not and are unaware of who the named individual is.

  We believe you may have us confused with a different transporter.  We are the company, that at the request of your attorney, Ms. ****** assisted you by safely and successfully transporting your boat from a ****** in Scappoose OR and delivered it to a ****** in La ****** WA.

  In fact, four years ago you posted on the Better Business Bureau site two reviews, one from yourself and another from you and your wife, giving us 5 Stars and raving about us and our service.  Unfortunately the BBB site does not report / display reviews older than 3 years.  However, we do have a copy of the two positive reviews you posted and it shows the name(s) of the poster which matches you. 

  Your reviews stated and I quote.

  "I have large 50 foot boat 13 wide and I guess 15 tall. Stock length 45. They came on time, and found problems as my boat was too low to slide under then too high to move and had to lay up a trailer till they could make the move right. The work they did was nice. They were nice. ******. Courteous. This is the boat transport company I would recommend to all. Even watching them with Jet Skis on back of my trailer, this week, go through **** with one large one on back for a few miles was well worth the observation. Great boat transport company over all. Keep up the good work. That is what makes America Great Again!!!" 

  Again, we believe you have us confused with a different transporter and respectfully ask that you correct / update the negative review you posted.

Over *************** to move a boat from ****** to ********** and more. I saw the same company who was moving a boat to another place from a different location but same mileage. The owner of the boat laughed when I said it cost me over 8000$ including attorney costs. He said...you really got screwed. Did they tell you why it was so high when movin it a shorter distance? I said no, but they did say they would charge me the same. I dont have the receipt but it was about 5000 t move it under 150 miles. Then when I could not get the boat fixed from the ** area due to more dirty from the company who was supposed to fix it, I asked them to move it from the place they left it to another place a little over 100 miles away. They told me it would be the same price. I guess others got word from Associated Boat Transport and no one would move it. Read all the reviews with this company. Management in this company are rip offs. They must have a Judge or ex Judge D S klurtz as a back bone for all the dirty deeds done. Read the reviews. In my opinion Associated Boat Transport did me dirty. But, have talked to other sailors and they referred me to them. It was not Associated Boat Transport, ***** Yacht Transport who put the 10 holes in the hull, tire marks on the side, ripped off the rear bathroom door and when transporting it to ********, scuffed the bottom of a bridge and then lied claiming the boat was dry rot. Associated did no damage to my wood hulled yacht what so ever. Im just ****** I had to pay my rip off attorney to get Associated to move it and Associated wanted to charge me the same to transport it about 115 miles rather than the few hundred for the same price. for 235 miles

  ****** the owner and I had an agreement on a price. I drove not once but twice from ***** to Washington to do repairs on boats that he broke. I had to go back because the gauges they had me use were broken when checking for leaks on pontoons. I have sent messages, called, sent certified letters, sent over due invoices and no reply back. If he cant pay for repairs that he caused I wouldnt even trust him to move my fire wood. He knew what his plans were and lied straight to my face. I was waiting and giving him time to take care of his bill before I gave him a review (271 days), I held my end of the agreement but he did not. Do not trust this business
