    We had a house fire. Cascade restoration came about a month or so later. They promised that theyre a great and trusted company. They were first doing inventory. Getting rid of almost everything that had to be damaged and we said what wed like to save. They didnt listen to us and said they cleaned certain things that we said we dont want. Then they overcharged me. They owned me about $600. Then they asked if we want them to do the demolition of damaged parts within our home structure. They again signed my name that i never signed. They wouldnt keep me updated & they told me you dont receive the estimate before work, that i would get it at the end. When we saw our home they did more than they were supposed to. As well, as never asked me through the process of what i want done. The crazy part is i had a hole in the roof- never once did they ever put a tarp over it and so we had the snow and rain just coming into our home making our house possibly not repairable. Which included mold. They are the worst company i have ever worked with. They again promised me the ************ were saving me so much money. Actually they took more than half the money we had from our insurance. We are left with very little and possibly can never get my home fixed or to get a new/used manufactured home in its place. They lie so much & have over & over charged me. When i spoke to them last tried saying i have 3 invoices. One was already paid & we only had 1 left. When i called in his words, why are you calling me. dont call me again. I had to have my insurance contact *********** were like oops.. yes you only have 1 invoice to be paid. They just keep trying to catch me up & drain me. When i originally called last i dont know why he would treat me that way & not even look into it. It took my insurance to call. The financing guy at the company has always been so rude & mean for no reason. Every step of the way they dragged on. They took forever! They never gave me back my house keys
