    Date of Transaction: 01-31-2024 Amount of money I paid the business: $ ******** What the business committed to provide me? Fix a leak in my roof.What is the nature of the dispute: To put it short: I got charged for work that they said they did, but it wasn't done. The attached documentation show a picture of my roof with red arrows. 99.9% of that was not done. The only thing they did was a small patch of caulking. Diagram 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 is not my roof. Diagram B is all they did. Caulk the opening of the roof. To tell you the truth, I don't even think that report is on my roof. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: He went through the motions but NO. All I want, and he had agreed, to refund $4,000.00 back.     This gentleman was aware of all the work that was performed. He signed the contract, We gave him a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and the possible time frame and he was aware of the cost. And he decided to go ahead and do it. He signed the contract. We done the work he was very satisfied. As Happy as any customer can be. Several days later he contacted us and left a nasty review slandering. This company's reputation and threatening. That he won't stop unless we give him $4000 back. Several days after it was done He said his friend who is not a Professional roofer. Told him the work was not performed. But the work was complete. The job has been done. But I gave him a gentleman's reaction. You know what they say? The customer is always right, I Tried to resolve this with him, but there was no making him happy unless I returned $4,000 Which means We are admitting to a guilt. We're not guilty to. I'm truly sorry for all what you have experienced during this situation/project. But his friend who is not a certified roofer not a Roofer at all is the blame for the situation...
