      We hired Seattle Best Granite to remodel our kitchen. We ordered new quartz counters, a new sink, and glass tile backsplash from them. First the contractors put in the new quartz and promptly cracked it and did not fix the break. Then they sent a subcontractor "plumber" who hooked up the sink with faucet and garbage disposal in a completely improper way. He connected a reverse p-trap and did not replace the air gap drain causing insufficient draining. This had to be corrected by another plumber I personally hired who did the work right. Then he sent someone to do the tile backsplash it is completely unsalvageable. The guy didn't use the aluminum edging I purchased so that the cut edges of the glass tiles aren't sharp and he also didn't put spacers between every tile so it's all crooked! I am beyond upset and have had to hire a new contractor who will have to come take all of this tile out and replace it with something new because the glass tile will all shatter as it comes out. So I will have to pay for material and labor a second time. I want the plumbing fees, tile fees, and tile labor fees removed from the remaining balance, a total of $2,270, and the tax will need to be adjusted to reflect the new amount.
