    Dear Sir or Madam,I purchased a logo package from this shop, Designs by Mak, on June 16th of this year. Mak than did not reach out to me to even begin creating my logo until July 17. At this time, I provided Mak with specific details and pictures of what I wanted my logo to look like etc. On July 23 she provided a rough draft which looked NOTHING like what I had asked for which was super disappointing right out of the gate. After this I responded again sending more pics and details on what I wanted my logo to look like yet AGAIN. Mak than did not respond until September 7. At this point I asked for a full refund for a project that was never going to happen! On Sept 15 *** finally responded saying that she had refunded my payment and it would take **** business days. I respected the timeframe but after 10 days checked my account with still nothing to show for a return payment. I have contacted *** about my refund MULTIPLE times with no answer via phone calls, text messages, emails and social media messages. She has basically stolen this money from me without any intention of returning it.
