    I am very disappointed with the customer service at **********************!!!I ordered a table and 8 chairs. I received a table and 4 chairs. They told me that they sent 3 boxes, 1 box with a table in it, 2 boxes with 4 chairs each in them. They were correct about sending me 3 boxes. 1 box had the table in it, the other 2 boxes only had 2 chairs each in them. The box clearly said "CONTAINS 2" printed on the box. I even pointed this out to the delivery guy.Even the shipping receipt clearly said 1 table, 4 chairs.Now Recreation Outfitters wants to argue about what I received. UNBELIEVABLE!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    No information after a week of placing the order. I called/emailed to cancel and was just not answered where my item is to be canceled. This is the first time I've ever had to leave a review after an experience this poor with a company. Buyer beware! How is this rated an A+? I had to get Paypal involved

    Would give Zero if I could. Ordered item and they sent different one. Emailed them. No response. Called and girl said they were getting many complaints about the item. Asked for refund and return label for product. She said they will email me the next day. Never heard back. Emailed them 2 more times. No response. Keeping all documents. Stopping charge. Emailed them again with no response

    No chance I would recommend anyone purchase a product from this company. First time Ive ever had to leave a review after an experience this poor with a company. Buyer beware!

    I ordered an outdoor dining set that cost over $3000.00 with tax and was assured at the time of purchase 4/2022 that it would ship in 4-6 weeks. My credit card was charged immediately and after many calls and e-mails[MANY] looking for my order [with different stories each time] to be delivered, I was told it may be shipped by mid October. I got constant different delayed shipping dates but I trusted them to ship my set since it was confirmed they have it but having trouble with the trucks to ship it. The stories kept changing from it is in a warehouse in Georgia, to it's coming from the manufacturer, to the 2 sets in the Georgia warehouse were defective. So realizing they never had the product I ordered in April that was shippable in the beginning, I finally canceled the order and am left looking at Aug. 1st. with no outdoor dining set and can't order one because now no one has this set in stock anymore. It was all lies. If they had been honest in the beginning I may have been able to get this set elsewhere. I did read cautionary reviews of people having this same issue with them. Wish I had listened. So buyer beware of this company. I'm livid and frustrated and feel I've been duped. Lies from the beginning.
