    The ********* has been negligent about maintaining its property at *********************************************************. It is impossible to communicate with a manager about problems that occur at the address. The frequent overdoses, needles found, and urination/defecation on the property have impacted my family's quality of life. I have no doubt that it's impacting my property value as well. The ********* owns a duplex at *************************************************** that has become a neussance property. There are frequent people from the street in and out of the residence, which draws additional drug trafficking. Broken down cars are parked on the lot in the alley. One of the vehicles leaks gas. This is extremely concerning given that there was a home that burnt down a few years back (owned by the *********) where the cars are parked. A fatality resulted from said fire. I had to move the school bus stop as a result of the drug trafficking. Whenever I attempt to contact the Real Property Management company, I am ignored. When I confront one of the tenants (in Unit B of ******************** am harassed. The tenant now flips my cameras off, yells and calls me a *****, and slanders me to my other neighbors. I need to be contacted by a supervisor as soon as possible.

    Our office manager **** called and talked to the complainant about the issues she is having with our tenant. She informed the complainant to call the police if she felt threatened by the tenant. **** contacted the tenant to tell her to stop causing problems and the tenant agreed to comply. We invite the complainant to reach out to us anytime if further issues arise in the future.
