  I have never mystery shopped and though I would try it. I was worried and even called and talked to ***** and sent pictures to make sure what I was going to do was correct and following all the guidelines. I get off the phone go down. To the place and do my mystery shop. Cone home fill out my forms submit them then get a text message that what I asked about earlier and got told was ok by ***** and she had even checked with her supervisor and said was okay. I then 2 hours later was told no it was not right. I have already completed everything. What a scam to get your information!! I will be keeping a close eye on my account. Don't use these guys not willing to pay for the job you do!!

  The businesses that use iSecretShop profit off of individuals who make a single mistake on their report and thus lose out on the entire reimbursement. If you forget to take one picture of an item, the whole report is rejected, regardless of what receipts and other images you were able to provide. The employees provide minimal assistance via email. Dont waste your time dealing with this company when there is better out there.

  They will permanently remove you if there is a system error and you bring it to their attention then advocate for yourself when they become disrespectful by simply saying you will not accept being mistreated.Also, to avoid being discriminated against, I sought to change my ethnicity to Other. There is a message that comes up that basically says PROVE YOU are this ethnicity by showing us your ID. Not only is that undeniably racial profiling and colorism BUT IT IS AGAINST THE **** I will be seeking legal action against them in the near future!

  This person is clearly upset, and we would love to resolve that, but literally everything they said in their review is inaccurate or incorrect.
  

  1. Ethnicity is an optional (not required) field in all profiles - and it can be left unanswered, or freely changed at will. No one ever needs to provide their ID to change their ethnicity. It is also a hidden/confidential profile field that admins cannot see - used only for demographic reporting in opinion polls, or when required by specific (usually government) projects.
  
  2. The only situations where someone is banned from the system are those that involve either fraud, threatening/abusive/discriminatory behavior, demonstrations of a profound lack of professionalism, or direct violations of the Terms of Use.

  
  3. We can find no record of any user in the system with the name "***********************," nor have we received any complaints for someone with that name. Perhaps they had an issue with one of our clients, and not us directly? Or they posted this review under a fake name.
  
  4. Additionally, users are never "removed" from the system except at their own request - or if they choose to delete their profiles. When a user is banned for violations, their profile remains, it is just no longer eligible to self-assign open opportunities.

  5. It goes without saying that if a system issue is brought to our attention, we immediately research, address and resolve it. We are a software company. That is what we do. No one is ever punished for calling attention to a problem that needs correction. Quite the contrary, we appreciate all such feedback as it makes the system better for all users.
  

  Again, there is no person with this name in the system, their statements are materially incorrect, and we very much appreciate the opportunity to address such misstatements directly.
