      Went to this bog o tire location and was having rack and pinion steering rack, sway bar bushings, wheel alignment and new tires. After getting a call telling me it was ready and they had test drove it with no problem. I picked it up and right away the air bag light was blinking and as I left the parking lot taking a turn to head out of the lot the steering wheel started to shake and the breaks were not working properly as well as a slip light flashing. I took it back and the next day was told that the clock spring needed to be replaced, so now the air bag light, crush control and horn were not working. I said they worked fine when I brought it in and *****, the person helping me responded with well its not working now. I said that I brought it in and this was not a problem but youre saying that its a coincidence and ****** response was I must be. ***** says they never touched the steering column so it couldnt be there fault but when taking in the paperwork I got from big o tires to another mechanic was told that yes the things they worked on could easily cause this issue. Now I have to spend an additional $600.00 to fix my car. This place needs to own up to its mistakes
