      I ordered a Vin check for $9.99 and when looking at my bank statement I got a charge for $13.49 from a *************** for payment transfer. No where on their site does it disclose this charge and I feel they should refund that amount ************ should be shut down for ******** customers

      Weve reviewed your order for VIN ********************* and confirm that the only charge from VinAudit was **$9.99**, as shown in the attached receipt. Our system does not apply any hidden or additional fees beyond the stated purchase amount.

      Additionally, we understand that you also reached out to our Support Team and later confirmed that the **$13.49 charge** you noticed was made by your wife and was unrelated to your VinAudit purchase. That said, we still took extra steps to ensure you were not charged for a report that returned no dataso we have **voided the $9.99 transaction** and you will not be billed for this order.

      We hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please dont hesitate to reach out.

      I purchased a VIN report a few minutes ago, and it is completely empty. It is my own vehicle so at least it should be able to tell me about my title and the person I bought it from. Nothing. This is something they cannot sell, for any amount of money.

      I am in the process of purcahsing a vehicle with a fair amount of mileage. Given that, I figured it would be prudent to investigate the history of the car as the dealer website did not offer that service. The report I received was promising. But upon further review the study was conducted when the vehicle only had 10 miles driven. 10 miles? **** on earth can happen in 10 miles?This not only insulting but in y opinion predatory. How many others have been rooked into vinaudit.com to recieve a vehicle report showing a history before the car leaves the showroom.Ridiculous.
