      The company did not know how to install an hvac system though ensuring that they had been in business 42 years. The salesperson threatened to charge me more after knowing the status of the project. They did not pull the correct permits, did not get it inspected for 6 months. When I inquired I asked them politely for a month to get the correct permit and have it inspected. After a month of calling them and only receiving excuses they subcontracted with another company and the inspection failed. This has cost me money and time. I feel completely cheated. The owner of the company has not even gone on site to see what needs to be done. He blames his employees and continuously has excuses. I have asked for my money back multiple times and he ignores me. I am at a loss of what to do.

      They emailed late last week and said that they would call me on Monday. Monday came and went with no phone call or response to my email.

      I ended up having to fix their install mistake so that it could pass inspection.

      As I mentioned in my complaint I feel like I have been robbed. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general.

      I am rejecting this response because: you have already made this promise and never called me. You never completed the job so it could pass inspection. I had to fix your mistakes in order for it to pass. You have not responded to my emails or text and have delayed responding to this complaint via bbb.

      The business never reached out to me. I rejected their response because they had already told me they would call and never did. They have exhausted their apologies. They made promises to call multiple times and never did.

      I would like my money back. Installation did not pass inspection. They did not finish the job. They attempted to pass me off to another company. They quit answering emails and text messages.

      The owner contacted me and said he would return the $4500. However, when I went back to triple check all of my records with this company I found that I had written them a check in March for the heat pump deposit of $6,083. This was in addition to the $4500 that was charged to my credit card. They dragged this process out for so long that I do not even know how they got my credit card information. The total I would like returned for not completing the work is $10,583.98. Can you add this to my complaint? I honestly feel like this is criminal. Permits were not filed correctly. It did not pass inspection of just the rough in until I fixed what was wrong. He attempted to pass me off to someone else. I still do not have a heat pump or the heads. Credit card was charged and I do not know how he got that information. 

       

      He knew how much I had paid and was just going to let me only ask for part of it. Is this really how a bbb business acts?

      I am rejecting this response because: until I receive my entire amount back I will not accept a response.  I went back to triple check how much I paid to wa natural gas and found the deposit check and the credit card charge.  This totals $10,583.98 NOT the original $4,500 that I had requested.  I wrote the owner back both via email and text and did not receive a response.  Attached are both of the charges.

      *** ****** and I have agreed to install the equipment and complete the job at the originally agreed upon price instead of cancel the job. It's scheduled for January 31st or February 7th depending on when he finishes his painting process. For now, I'm waiting to hear from him when he's ready for us to install the heads.

      I am rejecting this response because: The owner and I met and he will install the unit and heads on Friday, January 31st.  We are not waiting on a date to schedule as it has already been scheduled.  The hook up to power will happen at a later date.
