      Bait and switch. In Fall of 2023 I signed up for a package and the one-time payment for the "lifetime membership" as a promotion. Was informed that there would be a small fee per service after the 1x lifetime membership of $20-45 per service, outside of my initial package purchase. When doing a routine self-audit of my finances I noticed a charge for $299 in Feb 2025. I called and asked and was informed that they had "renewed my subscription" to which I replied it was a one time fee, and I was told "terms have changed". I attempted to book a service (since I was now paying for something I wasn't getting that I didn't authorize and they were unwilling to refund as it had been too long) and was informed that the service fee would be $200, which is approximately 1000% higher than I was originally quoted. I was informed that the contract I signed stated "prices subject to change". No reasonable person expects a 1000% increase in less than 2 years.

      Terrible place for coolsculpting. I paid $4000 for 6 treatments and it made my stomach look worse! Zero refunds or apology given. They said lifetime guarantee but you still have to pay for additional treatments if it doesnt work which is 100% scam. Front desk was unprofessional and rude. Im a fair person and believed them when they said it will work but LIES all around. Save your money and go somewhere else!!
