  *** doesnt know the laws to oversee a COA. They advise board one way and then turn on them and say we are not lawyers. As a homeowner I requested documents and cited laws for my legal request. *** emailed me back with a bunch of excuses and jabs at my family telling me how we cant have private information. I responded that I didnt ask for private information I asked for missing meeting minutes and financial info. The staff kept going back and forth with responses and then sent us a harassment bullying policy. When asked on what grounds They said sending too many emails, making demands, swearing in meetings and interrupted with questions (mind you they told the attendees at the meeting they can ask questions). This company also changes their contract and what they will offer and do in the middle of the contract. They charge for every tiny service. They tell one board one thing and then when the board changes switches up their recommendations. They mis quote your declaration and rules and get upset when called on it. If it wasnt so hard to find management companies or companies to do financials for COA communities they would have been fired two boards ago. *** staff do not know what they are doing, they argue with their own customers, treat homeowner's as well as board members horrible while doing little work. Another frustration is they will only do virtual meetings even when the community they serve have expressed it creates barriers for many community members. Another example of their incompetence is when they told a board that the community had ************* and the insurance company contacted the board that we did not *** staff argued and went back and forth with the insurance company and sent documentation the board and insurance company pointed out *** was sending documentation for a different community and the board was not insured.

  This company is terrible. They work to manage our HOA and for years they have bullied the homeowners, charging them fees for ridiculous reason, they are disrespectful to the homeowners. As soon as a homeowner corrects one issue the next month the choose another one as a way to collect additional fees. They threaten liens on your property over things like fees for **** or clover in your yards. Our neighborhood is one of the cleanest and nicest in ****** with good people, but rather than treating the homeowners like people they hide behind email, ignore calls and provide no real benefit to the homeowner.
