    My complaint is for no service provided for contracted garbage collection and service was cancelled per WM due to low lying electrical lines, per their driver. Years prior, service was provided by them at this same seasonal location. I never received a garbage pickup and I ended up contracting with another service. WM supervisor told me it is best to cancel the service, which I did. I have called to try and get this resolved. No one is ever available and I am kept on hold for 20 minutes plus or told to return the call. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they returned payment to me. Now this bill shows up and they have sent it to collection agency. I wrote them in Nov. 6, 2023 and gave detail of issue plus documentation of credit card dispute. Now my credit rating has dropped because no one is following up on their end. Bad service, bad customer service.
