The customer service is the worst I have experienced in 60 years. They won't fill a prescription, refill or from a doctor, until the customer asks for it to be filled. 8 out of 10 times you call the pharmacy to have your prescription filled, it rings but no one in the pharmacy will answer the call. They will say your prescription will be ready at a time, but ****% of the time it is hours later.I have had to deal with them for over 5 years and it hasn't changed. I live 5 minutes from coltons, but will be transferring my prescriptions to ****** in Eatonville. There are MANY goggle reviews like this.

When we first moved to the area, I went into pick up a prescription and I was rudely asked if I had called before coming.why?!?! I didnt know I had to. They told me it would be about 4 hours until it was ready and when my husband went to pick it up they didnt even have it and asked if we wanted them to order it!! Im sorryWHAT?!?!?

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for 2 1/2 yrs. My Mother has breast cancer and 10 other medical issues. This pharmacy is a joke! Always put on hold forever and then the call goes back to the front counter where they reconnect so I can wait longer.Other people on here that gave their reviews have the same problem I see! I have been trying for 3 days now to get through on the phone to check on my mothers prescription that they said would be mailed(and wasnt) and also to get a prescription refilled. The phone just rings and rings and rings both for prescription refills and trying to speak with anyone.A recording will come on saying their mailbox is full. How are the Dr's. getting through to approve prescriptions? Do they have a different number? If my Mother doesnt get her certain pills for seizures I end up having to call an ambulance for her to go to E.R. They blame me for not giving her the meds that she needs and even reported me to the State for it! All because the da-m pharmacy cant be professional or employ enough qualified employees. They need to be reported to the State or someone that can crack down on them.

The are incapable of providing service in a timely manor. Month after month we are required to call in to request our prescription be filled, we are promised it will be ready at a specific time, arrive or make arrangements for it to be picked up just to find out it hasnt even been started. This is a common occurrence for the residences of Lewis County. But, they have ** at their mercy because they are the only game in town for 70 miles. **** you call it is hit or miss if ************** to someone on the pharmacy after a minimum of five minutes on hold with horrendous hold music. Yet, they refuse to fill a prescription until you call and declare when youre coming in. You come in when they advise it will be ready and 3 out of 4 times they havent even started it. This is a massive problem for us that have to find coverage for those we are picking scripts up for. I have spent well over 3 hours on occasions waiting for them to complete order I was told would already be completed. Ive tried to be patient and understanding knowing they often have hospital or nursing home emergencies. But that does not explain the fact this is the norm versus the exception. Many folks in our area have just moved their prescription needs to 70 miles away in *********. That is fine when it isnt an emergency, but what about the mom whose kid is having an asthma attack or on my case a husband with cancer who needs pain killers and antibiotics. I have nothing negative to say about those working in regard to their disposition. My only complaint is the constant lack of competence. **** Im arranging care for my husband because ** told his meds will be ready no later than 4pm and show up at 5pm (knowing they are never ready on time) and find out they havent even started to fill it and asked to come back tomorrow. That is a huge issue. There are 6 people working and a machine that counts the pills. There is no reason in an area that only serves a few thousand people they arent ready.

They dont have enough staff to provide for east ***** County. The pharmacy never answers the phone or your on wait about a hour each time. Not all but a couple are very rude and not helpful at all. There is poor communication between staff or they intentionally ignore you. It takes days to get my meds until I run out. I have to have family pick up my meds and we are out of town. I cant drive because of surgery on my back. It is difficult not to be able to do my own things right now, and worse when you have to trust your pharmacy to fill your meds when you give them extra days to fill and nothing has been done, or they just blatantly dont fill it. Now ** having to have my family pick up 40 minutes father. There is one or two women who are absolutely rude. I was in severe pain before surgery waiting for my pain meds. When I called waited a hour on phone to see if my meds were done to pick up? I said I really needed this. She stated well so does 300 + customers. She was very rude and it too two days later to get my meds. I dont take pain meds unless its absolutely needed. Yesterday I switched to ******* in ******** **. They have probably three times the amount of customers but are always nice, answering their phone and having meds filled in a timely manner. I even called ***** the main pharmacist and owner but things are not better at Coltons. I absolutely dont like to complain about people or companies. It takes a lot before I just had enough. They do need more employees and get ride of those whom dont give good customer service. Even the local hospital and doctors offices have had other patients complain about this pharmacy. The physicians and nurses are tired of their inability to do their jobs. I knocked others who have went elsewhere. Some cant leave because they cant go farther. I hope they take this as constructive criticism. Its a shame they dont care.
