    I took my RV to this shop to be buffed. They ruined the surface of my RV. I complained several times without any response from this business. I have spent 40 hours trying to restore the finish as good as I can. I have pictures of the damage.

    Shes going to tell you she offered to come to our house to try to fix the problem all that happened was nothing. She stopped returning our calls.

    **** husband ***** came in on June 6th 2023 to get his ** washed and polished on our Alvarez Auto Detail Shop and it stayed in the shop for 1 week. A week before ***** took the ** after a trip out of town with the ** he called us and said that we had done a terrible buffing job and that we needed to fix that issue or refund him the $800.00 he had paid for the job and send us the picture of the ** buffing marks. I replied and said to please bring it in and we would re-buff and remove all swirls marks that the buffer had left behind. I kept the ** one more week and made sure I personally buffed it. When **** and ***** picked up their ************* was Extremely happy with the results, However there was still very little oxidation on the front of the ** but I told ***** that i would go to there house and buff it there so they wouldn't have to bring it back to the shop. A few weeks passed by including weeks and months and I never heard back from them. We received  a call from **** sometimes last month with her demanding her money back. When they came forward with the first job we were more then happy to help and we did, if they would have come forward with that issue we would have been more then happy to either rebuff the ** or even have called our insurance if the damage was more severe. Its been about a year that we have done a job for them. I am not sure if they took it somewhere else or if they tried washing it them self and they ended up damaging it and now they want to blame us. I can talk to my insurance but being about a year or more then a year i am not sure if they want to cover any damages. The pictures that **** uploaded looks more like oxidation to us then any other damages. The only thing our shop did was leaving buffing swirls but we corrected when ***** bought that up to us.

    The detailing shop never had our RV in there building they buffed it in 100 degree weather. I never had oxidation on my Rv until they acid washed it. They completely ruined our finish. I want them held responsible. I want my RV fixed by someone that knows how to treat fiberglass finishes,

    **** called us today at 4:24pm and left a threatful Voicemail demanding her money back. I called her back to let her know that we had already spoken with someone from BBB and that we where willing to work with her. However if my insurance say that it has been to long to put a claim since its been almost year unfortunately we will not be able to help. She proceed by threating us to take us to Small Court claims and she also threaten to ruined our business. I had the general manager right next to me and he heard the whole conversation. Due to her being extremely rude, disrespectful and threaten the business. At this point we are DECLINING any refund or help.
