    Today I tried to reserve a room for this Saturday evening to attend a function in **********. The function will include alcohol and I dont drive if I drink. I usually stay at this hotel and Uber. I was told because my home address is Grant County I am ineligible to stay at this Hotel! I am a rewards member and I find this policy discriminatory. I have rented rooms here as recently as 12/31/22 without a problem. I find this infuriating and I want a room free of charge and an apology from management! If I have to rent elsewhere it will be inconvenient and costly! This new policy is prejudicial!

    On 10/15/22 I was visiting ********** for the funeral of my little sister. I reside in **************************************** and arrived from ********, ** to the Best Western where my daughter and son-in-law were staying. We went to the dining room/lounge which was around 4, as we were leaving to go to the exit, it was dark at the flooring, I suddenly fell due to there being a drop and then a step just below, there were no sign's anywhere indicating to watch your step or that there was a drop. As I was falling I reached for the wall hoping to grab onto something to keep from falling. My right struck a metal frame on the wall, which ended up causing a laceration to my right arm. We immediately reported to the staff. Ended up up with a severe infection to my arm, I did seek medical treatment and antibiotic's. I had to work but wasn't able to use my right arm due to the infection, pain and swelling caused by the injury .They have accepted liability and agreed to pay but are giving me the run around and refusing to contact me or return my call's, *********************** is the manager ***************************** assistant manager, and ***** who think's he's an adjuster but isn't is whom I have been dealing with. They have been very unprofessional, unhelpful and very rude and untruthful for the past 3 month's
