    Boarded our 3 dogs with this place the end of June **** for my husband to have a back surgery. I asked for our 2 older dogs to be bathed for fleas/ticks and brushed out before being picked back up, I specifically asked this to be done a day or two later, so they got use to being there first. (never been kenneled) Come to find out the owner said it was done the night we dropped them off. Our puppy was to be in a kennel by herself and not with my older dogs or ANY other dogs (when out in the play areas) from another household unless a puppy/same size age. During the tour the week before the owner said no, she doesn't do that. She just didn't agree to put other household's dogs together. I did not want or need any problems. Luckily there was not with that, but I should not have to worry about stuff like this when I am gone and going through enough stress. The bill was close to $1000 (I was expecting it to be about half of that) for 3 full days for 3 dogs and two baths. I have asked for a detailed invoice/receipt said I would get one by the owner and I never have, and the owner is now ignoring my emails. The day he was discharged we were being rushed and pushed to get back to pick up our dogs as others we on their way in for the holiday weekend. We should of had through sat reserved in case. We picked them up on Friday. What if we couldn't leave for another day? The owner said just do one night reservation and then each day by noon I can let her know which I did. When we got there all our stuff for the dogs was packed up and all the others going home that day on the bench outside. Just seemed to be pushing all out. Also, there is an after-hours option for a fee on her website yet never offered, even if you ask about it. Basically, just told it is not a choice and you can only pick up and drop off at 7-9am and 3 to 5pm. The pickup and drop off times are a real inconvenience. Owners should be able to pick up their dogs/animals anytime fee or not.
