- Specialized Safety Products LLC offers an unconditional guarantee on all safety sunglasses. The safety glasses are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Should the safety sunglass of any Specialized Safety Products’ product fail under normal use, Specialized Safety Products’ will replace the glass with the same product. If the particular product should be discontinued by Specialized Safety Products, then we will substitute eyewear of comparable or greater value. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the user. Incidental, special or consequential damages are disclaimed where permitted by law.
