    In 2004 I contracted with Spane Building to construct a 34' X 36' shop with an upper story over one of the three bay doors. They did a superb job in building that structure for me. Well, you know the old story, "you just can't build a shop big enough". You guessed it, 20 years later, I contacted *** Spane and asked if he would add another 34' X 26' section to my shop with one more bay door plus an additional shop area and a man door. In November of this year (2024), the add on was completed. The shop is now 34' X 62' and in looking at it, one will not notice that part of the shop is 20 years older than the new part. Spane was able to match the siding and roof with the original. The workmen that Spane employs are top notch and great to be around. *** Spane and the various members of the office staff were awesome to work with. Thank you *** and I hope that you are able to share the pictures that I gave you of the before and after add on with your future prospective customers. **** *.

    This year my wife and I decided to build a shop and chose SPANE to do the construction.We chose SPANE due to the satisfaction of other neighbors in my area that used them for their project.Needless to say, we are 100% satisfied with the final outcome of the building.***** and his crew were very professional and watching them work it was very obvious they know what they are doing.Also, the office staff was very personal and competent in regard to any questions we had and help needed for layout, colors etc.I would recommend SPANE with no hesitation for anyone who is looking for a quality product.*** B Burlington,**

    The shop Spane built for us is a great value.All of the interactions and the actual building happened with great precision and thoughtful help.The crew was efficient and very professional.     We had Spane Buildings of ************ ** build a horse barn for our property in ********** **. The barn is a 36x48 pole barn, with planned space for 3 stalls on the left side and utility room; a center aisle; and on the right side space for a tack room, feed/grain/shavings and hay room, and wash rack. We had cement in the center aisle, as well as for the non-stall rooms. There is an overhang on the left side where the stalls are. We plan to put runs in for the 3 stalls. We had Spane build the barn, and then my husband is finishing the inside. We are very happy with the barn. It is so beautiful and well built. The work started on the barn on 9/6/2023 and was completed in just 3 months on 12/7/2023. We were so grateful to have this barn completed for winter! It is wonderful to have a safe, dry barn to bring our horse into every night. Thank you to Spane for building this barn. The company was professional and the construction crew was experienced and did great work. We are very happy that we picked Spane to build our barn.

    We have a terrific shop built by Spane Buildings and it was so fast to complete it. The crew communicated with us often and made us feel comfortable along the way! I learned quickly that there are so many options to make each shop very customizable. We are impressed with the quality of build and the artistry of the construction is really impressive as well. We would highly recommend Spane Buildings and are excited to use our great shop.

    We had a custom building with a 2 car garage on half and the other half is a nice "washhouse" with covered patio.I had to do a lot of trim inside to hide the doorway poles but the end result is perfect. Exactly what I wanted, improved. Imagine a private spa just off your driveway with a spot for a steam sauna, 5 ft walk in shower, spot for an extra w/d stack, a fancy 1 person hot tub with the lights, jets, waterfall, and bubbles. I got to build the inside. Thanks to a great building from the Spane team!
